Do you switch hands when you switch sides?
I saw a video and it mentioned using the dominant hand.
This would mean not switching hands.

It depends on how you inject. I usually stretch my penis straight out and inject at 10 or 2 oclock. When doing this you need to switch hands. Inject on left side with left hand; on right side with right hand.

Another way of injecting which I don't do much because Im small when flaccid to lay the penis on th side of th leg. . That way you can use the dominate hand.

Similar to what Ship said as an alternate, I lay the shaft down against the pubic bone to either left or right, always holding/stretching with left hand and thus always injecting with the right hand. Seems the simplest way, although the stuff about 2-3o'clock position etc goes out the window, but you can easily feel and see where the Corpus C's are ... never a miss.

This method might only be good if you have no fat pad to get in the way tho ... not many 50-60 year olds without one of those (in the USA at least) these days.

When I do inject on the left side I still hold the syringe with my right hand but I don't insert the needle perpendiculer to the shaft(90 deg.). I insert the needle say about 45 deg to the shaft. For me it is more comfortable to work the plunger when my hand is kinda parrellel to the shaft of my penis. Even when I inject on the right side(which is 90% of the time)I insert the needle at an angle towards my body. I still try to stay on the left and right center line of the shaft. Hope this makes sense.
Good luck
Carl
