How to get to 2 o'clock?

I am wondering how to get my erection angle from 3 o'clock to 2 o'clock -- i.e. harder and more "impressive".

I am using 30 pap-2 phen-20 pge and am up to 30 units. Is there a component of this mix that I should ask my Uro to increase to achieve this goal ? Or should I just ask for the next generally stronger mix of 30-4-40?

thanks in advance for any opinions

Not everyone can realistically expect to achieve the 20YOA version of an erection of 1 -2 o'clock. That said, about the best explanation of the injection ingredients I've seen is a PDF from Wedgewood Pharmacy, although it's not, IMHO, perfect. I know nothing else about Wedgewood Pharmacy and have never done business or had any contact, other than running across their their PDF on the topic:

Thank you for that informative article. Wondering if anyone else has
an opinion — have you been able to achieve this? Is a ring the only way? Is it all about the PGE component?

Thanks for any opinions.

I guess I'm not the best person to answer your question. I don't really know if I ever get to 2 as I never even think about it. By the time I get to full injection erection plus arousal I'm otherwise occupied. I'm just concerned that it works as desired. I suspect if I increased my mono-mix dose and used a ring I'd probably get to 2 for sure. But that's not why I wear a ring. I wear a ring mainly so I can use a bit lower of a dose of my mono-mix.

My only experiences with injections are with alprostadil mono-mix so I can't really compare to bi-mix, . The mono-mix has worked well for me so I've never seen the reason to experiment with tri-mix. I think the PDF informational flyer I linked to is well written and informative but I have no first hand knowledge of most of the information presented in it. I assume the accuracy of what's presented there by faith.

Good luck in achieving your 2:00 O'clock goal.

I second that vote. IMHO, Mono-mix with a silicone ring should do the job if your capable of it at all. Don;t use ring more that 20 minutes or so.

thanks guys, since I'm using Trimix I will ask my Uro to boost the PGE component and get a good ring -- knowing that the right ring is hit and miss, I have ordered several based on suggestions from this forum and will hope one works well to boost and hold firmness.
thanks again

When I was in the heyday of my youth, my erection used to reach up to my belly. :D

Now, my belly reaches out towards my erection. :(

It is what it is. At least I have an erection. :D

As a follow up to my original post, I found the right size ring and got much more firm and hitting about 2:30
thanks for the suggestions

I am still going to try a stronger mix to see if I can get the same result at fewer cc's -- going from 30-2-20 to 30-2-50

As Adam said to Eve, stand back -- I don't know how big this thing can get ;)

an opinion for what it's worth, I initially thought a syringe was a syringe -- but I bought some off label 50 cc's and noticed they didn't draw the fluid as well and were not as sharp as the BD's I had started with -- went back to BDs and, yup, drew better and sharper point.
