Interested to hear from crazyjoe did increasing the PGE component of your trimix improve your erection angle. Its something I am exploring at the moment looking for a consistant 2 oclock.

I think one of the difficulities faced by those of us suffering non surgically based ED is that levels of arousal/ brain inputs both positive and negative have more of an impact on the results, its not a simple 1+1 = 2.

Ozbloke -- thanks for asking -- I can't say that I have gotten much higher than 3:00 but at age 76 my mix/dose of 50 units of 50-3-20 has really firmed things up to where I don't wish for more success. And I don't need a ring. As for this mix/dose I am always amazed to see both much lower and higher between guys on this forum -- obviously highly variable for each individual.

My only hope is that I can stay at that dose for a good long time. As for arousal/brain inputs I continue to have great confidence before romance that things will be fine and very nice to know that even orgasm will not "dull the point" :) I find the timing of the injection to be nice and flexible -- i.e. I can inject up to an hour before romance and still be good to go.

Hope this helps -- please let me know if any questions.

Factors affecting erection angle:
1. Rigidity

2. Penis size - Men with a larger penis (not just length but thickness) tend to have erections that are less upright due to the penis weighing more. Larger penises also tend to have looser penile ligaments. (Number 3)

3. Penile Ligaments -- The fundiform and suspensory ligaments in the root of the penis support the penis when erect by preventing the base of the penis from pulling away from the body, thus helping the penis remain more upright and stable during an erection. ...decreases with age as men have this ligament stretched over repeated erections over the years and engage in sexual activity which can loosen these ligaments. This causes men to experience erections that are less and less upright as they age.

4.Scrotal skin attachment--tight skin on the underside of the penis attaching to the scrotum can pull an erection downwards.

5. Penile Root Muscles -- The IC and BS muscles in the root of the penis work to stabilize and hold an erection upright.

6. penile curvature.

7. Age -- As we age the penis becomes less upright. Especially due to #3 and #1

@Anotheroldman great post and reality check, in our minds we might still be 20yo not so much in body.

It might help explain why one of my test shots very early in the morning was so effective with things standing to attention remarkabley well, all those components maybe not feeling as tired at the end of the day.

I have a new precription coming soon as I work up the dose I might try a couple of early morning tests to see if I can repeat those results.

We humans are a greedy bunch 5 minutes ago we couldnt crack an erection at all, we find a "cure" for that and the next thing you know we want s rock hard 2 oclock hard on !!
