I agree with bldoink that you should seek full medical and professional advice/prescription before ordering the high strength PGE solution and following these steps to perform proper dilution

Kali,

Whenever you get monomix it will always be the total mcg in the whole vial.

And of course you have to know how many mls in the vial.

And when discussing monomix injections it is always just using the number of mcg in the injection .. not units and not mls. YOU have to do the math to estimate the volume you want to use but you still refer to it by the mcg in that injection.

The reason is simple. There is only one ingredient so it is safe and easy just to refer to the number of mcg of Alprostadil/PGE-1 being used in the injection.

Not true! It can be written both ways. Very often it's written mcg per ml. Sometimes it's written mcg per vial. For example, a script for 10ml of 15mcg/ml could dispensed in one 10ml vial that just repeats the script and says 10ml at 15mcg per ml. However it could be as you stated and be listed as on the 10ml vial as 150mcg alprostadil (or PGE1, or PGE or Prostaglandin or Prostaglandin E1). Fairly commonly 10ml will come in two 5ml vials. I guess those vials could be labeled as 15mcg per ml or alternatively each vial could be labeled as 75mcg. My mix is 80mcg/ml. I get mine in 10 one ml glass vials. Each one ml vial says (in print almost too small to read) "Mono-Mix (PGE 80mcg/ml)". The glass vials come in 2 plastic pill vials, one large and one small, both say the same thing as the glass vials with additional wording: "Mono-Mix (PGE 80mcg/ml) In sodium Chloride Inj Soln." It also includes abbreviated instructions and expiration information. Nowhere does it list the total alprostadil content. The two size of plastic pill vials are so the majority of the individual glass vials of liquid can stay frozen while the vial I'm using is separate.

For expiration both plastic pill vials says "If refrigerated discard after 3 days. If frozen discard after 45 days." I always keep it frozen and I've successfully used mix that's been frozen nearly a year.

That doesn't really work for me. I've been on the same mix for a good while. When I'm stepping up or down I just refer to units. At 80mcg/ml I'm just too dumb to always be figuring out how many mcg 7 or 14 units works out to, and there's no need. If I end up having to use too many units of mix per shot I'll just ask for a stronger mix. I'll figure out mcg's just to get an idea of the starting point. After that I don't need to know the mcg.

I don't agree at least in my case. If my mix was at 100mcg/ml it would be automatically intuitive to equate units on a diabetic syringe to mcg, but mine isn't.

Let's see, referring to the calculator and correctly, I hope: If I'm doing 7 units I'm getting 5.6mcg (100 units per ml so .07 times the 80mcg/ml = 5.6mcg). If I'm doing 14 units I'm getting 11.2mcg (100 units per ml so .14 times the 80mcg/ml = 11.2mcg). I'm not even sure I did that correctly. I'll stick to units, thank you.

The point being that the JimStars statement may be largely true but the "always" part is not.

Good luck.

Here in U.K. mine come in preloaded syringe . Currently the highest concentration I can get is 40 mcg. That’s one shot. It gives me a 60% errction but not good enough for penetration . Has anyone ever tried higher than 40.

I've never done that much. Fortunately I'm getting along with less than half that. I was on Edex 20s until my insurance quit covering them. I do try to always use as little as necessary to get the job done.

To achieve the goal of using as little juice as possible I have on a number of occasions stacked with generic Viagra. It allows me to use less juice. I had my uro ask me one time why I would use both. He wondered why I would use the Viagra if I was successfully using injections. I explained that the Viagra allowed me to use a smaller dose of injection juice although the Viagra does near nothing for me on it's own. He just said "OK" and that was the end of the discussion. I inferred that it wasn't a horrible practice although for some guys I guess it does increase the risk of priapism. However, I had tinnitus long before using any ED drugs but Viagra seems to make it worse so I try to avoid it if possible.

The other method I use to increase the efficacy of the injections is to use silicone novelty/sex shop cock rings. I wear one around my dick behind the boys. Although not a scientific measurement I think the ring gives me about a 15 to 20 percent extra bump. The ring I use won't do anything for me by itself or unfortunately with just Viagra and it won't continue to maintain an erection much after the injection wears off, but it does give my injection a nice bump. If you haven't tried adding a cock ring to the mix it is worth a try. I've stated on several occasions which brand of rings I'm currently using but I think it's a personal taste thing. I had to experiment and I have a fair number of rejects in a drawer somewhere. You'll need to experiment. This is what I use currently:

Perfect Fit Xact-Fit Play Zone Cock Ring Kit
Found at several retailers but I bought on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Perfect-Fit-Rings-Sturdy-Storage/dp/B01J84E5OK

I'm sorry I didn't answer your questions directly. I don't have a good answer. I realize you may have already tried these options.

Good luck on your journey to a solution.
