I can't find trimix in my region however it's surprise me when someone advise me to mix with my own so I start looking trimix ingredients and guess what? its all are available in market with cheap price except PGE1
So if anyone has any idea please share with us.

No, I haven’t done it and you shouldn’t either.
Unless you are a pharmacist and have the proper equipment to maintain sterility its a terrible idea. The last thing you need is to mix it incorrectly possibly overdosing yourself, or get infected.
Is anything available in your region? Edex, muse? bimix? Have you tried those?
I’ve heard of people here who used import/export businesses. You have the compounding pharmacy send the Trimix to them, and for a fee they forward the shipment to you.
THAT would make far more sense. Please don’t try to mix it yourself. You could end up badly injured.
