Injectable antidote

Postby Stec65%% » Wed Feb 10, 2021 6:11 pm

Recently got the injectable antidote since I am prone to priaprism (2 visits to ER is enough )
Instructions are if needed inject 50 units wait 30 minutes inject again up to two additional times as needed then go to emergency room.
does this make sense. By the way I use trimix 0.10 ml injection (40 mcg pge1/2mg/30 mg of the other ingredients ) this will give me a 40 minute hard erection which then will go down but 40 minutes later I am hard again for 3-4 hrs making me nervous which is the reason for the antidote in case Anybody with the same crazy behavior. My URO just says it is the way my body is metabolizing the medication.
Advice is appreciated

My only experience with anything you might consider in the antidote category is oral pseudoephedrine. I know nothing about the antidote injections.

My thoughts are that your tri-mix is certainly not a starter mix, and I hate to keep harping on this, and it may be of no benefit to you, but I wonder if you have tried adding a fairly firm novelty/sex shop cock ring (I wear it behind the boys), and putting it on right after injecting but then injecting a bit less. It might be worth experimenting with. Probably won't make a big difference but not much down side to experimenting with it.

Isn't 40mcg of pge 1 a really hot mix? my starter mix was 8.75 mcg of pge 1

My first prescription was too strong for me and I got 4 hr erections twice (starting does and lower dose). At 2.5 hrs I took some sudefed. No help. At 3.5 hrs I took the ineluctable antidote phenylephrine. My instructions state take 0.5 ml every 3-5 minutes until resolved or reaching 5 ml in 24 hrs. My first experience with priapism took an injection at 3.75 hours and another at 4 hrs. Completely flaccid 10 min after second dose.

My reduced dose trial required only 1 antidote injection with immediate results. Requested a lower strength mix and have had no problems since. If your totally hard after 3.5 hrs I would not trust oral sudafed to be effective quickly enough. Was really glad to have this option in hand.

Also it's my understanding from threads on this site is that if you lose your erection and then regain it later you can restart your 4 hr clock. As always your penis should not get cold for a significant period.
