Pumping/inject inject/pump??

Wondering if I should inject then pump or pump then inject.
Or is it just preferance

Last time I tried pumping after injecting then put a constriction ring on. Ended up w a pretty large bruise on my pecker. Not sure if this was from pumping and/or both pumping and using the ring. Been waiting some days before I try again. My Trimix dose is pretty low (8.9/0.89/24) and I was up to 60 units. That should be about 0.6ml. Just over half the syringe. I also use the Autoinject and this hasn’t happened before. Still not getting a full hard on. Next try will be 70 units. Doc said to work my way up to max full syringe. I also asked him to change the dose for a higher one after I finish this mix.
Any suggestions on what kind of higher dose I should ask for from the more experienced users?
