I'm still on this mix, I dropped to a lower mix and it's stabilised.

It doesn't require refrigeration but only last 4 weeks after being opened (unofficially 6 weeks).

It lasts about 2 hours, you got any questions?

Thanks. Two questions. First, have you managed to extend the shelf using refrigeration? Does it really just not work anymore after six weeks if not refrigerated? Two, any signs of scarring or anything like that? I’ve read that the two main chemicals are the ones that can cause that.

I injected a slight variation of this mix earlier this week and had great success. Really hoping this continues. Encouraged to hear you’re still using it successfully.
58 years old. ED for 12 years. Pills faded and then effectively stopped working about 2 years ago. Started with bimix, but recently switched to traditional trimix: 30 papaverine, 2 phentolamine, 0.2 atropine, and 5 mcg PGE. Usually inject about 10 units.

Sorry for not replying sooner.

The answer is, I don't know but don't think you can extend it, because the risk is blood poisoning, it's not a risk worth taking.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML

Call your pharmacist and ask if you can freeze it.
