Tri-Mix and then medical grade constriction ring

I’ve been using Tri-Mix injections for a while but I feel like it is beginning to fail me. So I’m wondering if anyone has tried injecting to get somewhat of an erection and then just before insertion use a medical grade pump and constriction ring to keep it hard. I put this out there a while back in the VED forum but didn’t really get a response. Any thoughts much appreciated.
75 years old. Was on Viagra and then Cialis but got fed up with the side effects. Switched to Tri-Mix 3 years ago but had increasingly reduce effect. Finally implanted 1/19/2023. Always looking for advice. Live in Illinois.

Lately I've been injecting with Trimix after putting the Xialla ring on and I'm experiencing outstanding erections.
75 yrs. old. Married. I used viagra from 2007 t0 2017. I have venous leakage. I started injections in September 2017. I've used the Xialla cock ring along with Trimix since June 2020 with excellent results. I pump on a daily basis to maintain my size.

Alanoc8... I tried that last night. Your are correct. Fantastic. Only difference is I injected first and then the Xialla 30 minutes later.

When I was using Trimix I'd inject then apply a ring. Did help for a while until Trimix just failed.

My experience was the same as the old guy. I now rely entirely on a.VED and two Osbon rings.
