At a dr appointment with my oncologist (not my Uro that prescribed trimix) he suggested bimix. What a difference! I have been using it for several years with much success and I am very happy with the results. My erections last for 1.5 - 2 hrs depending on my arousal and stimulation. My dick is hard and firm but is more pliable which I find enjoyable/natural. Based on your story, why not give it a try? If it works that would be great. If not, time to move on to other options. Wishing you the best man! Happy to discuss on PM if you like.

Thanks those are the results I'm hoping for. It should arrive next week and I'll report the results.

What trimix strength were you using, and how many units? And how many units of bimix worked for you?

Yes indeed. Got my BIMIX (30:1, papaverine:phent) vials this week and have used it twice. I'm thrilled to say it works wonderfully. No pain. The erections feel a little more "organic" and less "forced" as well. They also go away easier after sex. 4 units of bimix gives me a totally usable erection (maybe a tiny bit less hard than with trimix but hardly noticable) and lasts for 3-4 hours instead of 7-8. No more staying awake all night with a painful erection that makes me wonder if I should head to the hospital. No more frequent large doses of sudafed. I'm really happy with bimix so far.

My only concern is the rumor that papaverine causes scarring and alprostadil doesn't. I'll just have to monitor carefully for that.

Now I just feel bad that I spent hundreds of dollars on 9 tiny trimix bottles that will never be used.
