Does quadmix offer a significant improvement over trimix?

When I was using injections and Trimix began to fail I moved to Quadmix. That worked for a short time only, believe I only used one prescription of it. Same thing, inject and maybe get erect. Increased dosage next time, good erection, next time nothing with same dose. When I had to use 40-50 units plus to get hard the next couple of days I'd hurt so bad it was just time to look into an implant.

Are you still on Edex? If so, how is it working? Are you on tri-mix now? Is it not working?

My non-medical opinion is to take the least amount and variety of drugs possible. My locally compounded Edex substitute works fine for me. Why would I want to add more drugs to the equation. It it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Here's a good explanation of injection components by a commercial pharmacy, Wedgewood Pharmacy. I've never used them and have no opinion on them other than they produced a good pamphlet on this. It's in PDF format:

Thanks for asking. I am now trying Trimix. The 40mcg Alprostadil would only keep me at full erection for about 10 minutes and then would start going down at a fairly fast rate. I suspect a serious venous leak. I am working on using a cock ring with the injections. Suspect I should get a doppler ultrasound if they are still doing those. It's a work in progress.

I use trimix witch is failing me now, used to keep me hard for a good 2 hours, now lucky to get 20 min.
I tried Quad Mix, but it makes my penis ache. The ache lasts for about 3 hours.
I am now looking into an implant.
Started with Viagra at age 40. Worked good for about 12 years.
Tried Trimix injections, worked great for about 8 years
Now Trimix no longer works.
I got implant on Oct 26th 2022.

Which rings are you trying? And how do you use them?

If you're going to be using any of the silicone or similar type I strongly suggest some manscaping, if applicable, as a pain avoidance measure. Of course it won't take long to figure that out on your own, probably once.

The brand I'm currently using is the "Perfect Fit" brand. I like them due to the material, thickness and shape. They're a good firm silicone but stretchable enough to get off while erect if necessary. Thick enough to feel better than the thin ones but not so thick that they get in the way. I pick a size that seems just a little small and then stretch it real good before use.

I'm assuming you're new to novelty cock rings but maybe not. I can opine further but it might be TMI for some readers. I may have already passed that threshold. I can PM if you want me to continue to opine on the topic.

Good luck.
