Doctors don't want to be sued for accusations of malpractice. That's why virtually all of them will give you the most conservative advice possible. It's all up to us regarding how far to push the guidelines. I have severe ED and have broken virtually all the rules and have never had a problem.

I have taken Cialis on a daily basis and still injected whenever I wanted. Never a problem. At this point I have broken so many of the rules regarding injections and pills that I don't think it is even possible for me to hurt myself.

When it comes to ED drugs all your doctor is going to do is provide you with the suggested guidelines. If those guidelines work, then great. If they don't, then oh well. You're not going to get him to suggest you experiment outside the guidelines.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

Doctors don't want to be sued for accusations of malpractice. That's why virtually all of them will give you the most conservative advice possible. It's all up to us regarding how far to push the guidelines. I have severe ED and have broken virtually all the rules.

I have taken Cialis or Viagra on almost a daily basis and still injected whenever I wanted. Never a problem. At this point I have broken so many of the rules regarding injections and pills that I don't think it is even possible for me to hurt myself.

But that might not be your experience, and that's the problem.

When it comes to ED drugs all your doctor is going to do is provide you with the suggested guidelines. If those guidelines work, then great. If they don't, then oh well. Maybe he'll calibrate your prescriptions, but you're not going to get him to suggest you experiment outside the guidelines.

The only way you can hurt yourself with the ED drugs is by developing priapism -- is a prolonged erection of the penis. I have never even come close, but the next guy might have a different experience. But that doesn't mean the next guy will have the same experience as mine.

What I decided was to learn about priapism and be prepared to deal with it if it happened. I know exactly what to do if I have an erection lasting more than two hours. There is some Sudafed you can take to reverse the erection. I decided that at the three-hour mark I would be dropping pills. At the four-hour mark I would be on my way to the hospital.

Fortunately, or unfortunately, I have never had an erection that has lasted more than two hours, no matter how much experimenting I did with mixing ED drugs. But again, each individual case is different. What is perfectly safe for me might put the next guy in the emergency room. Just being real.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

I take 5mg of cialis daily for prostate issues. I also take trimix to maintain a good erection for sex. Every once in awhile I will take 20mg of cialis about 3 to 4 hours before sex. At about 20 to 3 minutes before foreplay and sex I will inject 10 to 15 units of trimix. The cialis will give me a good partial boner which makes it easier to inject the tirmix. As I only have a 4.5 inch full erection the partial erection is very helpful. Once the foreplay starts it is nothing but a very erect and ready boner. Have been doing this for over a year and no ill effects so far.
Phil, 75, married 54 years, ED started about 9 years ago. After viagra and cialis and pumping have found Trimix. Use 10 units injected with a partial erection. 31g-5/16" or 31g 1/2"needle. 10-1-30 :D :D :D Wife likes it too :D :D :D :D

I’m almost 76 and have had ED issues for 6 years which initially was well controlled with Viagra. Then I had a prostatectomy and must have had too much nerve damage as Viagra didn’t work. I still take occasionally for penal circulation purposes. I got a prescription for Trimix which I inject usually once a week. This works great and I started low and soon founded that I required around 3 units on a 10 unit insulin hypodermic.
I receive a 5ML vial, as time passes it loses potency so towards the end of the vial I up my shot to 3.5 out of 10. I noticed after I was close to the end I was about out and tried to filled another syringe but only got 1.2 units out of the vial. I put the cap on the syringe and put it in the refrigerator.

Yesterday my wife requested a date so I agreed thinking I would try using my VED (which I use daily to get good circulation). While I thought the low dose
Syringe would help I knew from experience 3 plus units was the dose I needed. Also when Viagra worked I took 100mg tablet. I had seen posts warning about priapism by combining but I thought if I took a low dose of Viagra and a low dose of Trimix, I’d be safe. I cut a tablet by a third popped it in my mouth and went to take a nice long shower before our date. After showering,
I plumped up and I put on a cock ring and injected.
While pressuring the point of injection for 8 minutes, per post injection protocol, I could feel my penis start to swell. I took off the cock ring and I had a nice firm erection. I don’t plan on doing this again, but wanted to relate my story as I injected about half as much Trimix, and just a about 20 mg, or about a third of a tab (about 2/3 less than what worked before).
I wasn’t sure how long I had to get down to business and sort of sped up our love making. I lasted about 30 minutes. Normal injection usually last 1.5 hours. No priapism problems. It appears for me mixing Trimix and Viagra is an option.
