Does trimix or quadmix give you a longer erection time than straight alprostadil (pge1)? I know concentration has a bearing, but in general terms what does anyone think?

Have asked that question but not received a definitive answer. I use straight PGE-1 with good results. Tried a friends trimix and it burned like hell. Probably everyone is different.

Have used Alprostadil for years, but as of late it hasn't been working as well. So am getting my first vial of Trimix tomorrow. May be the weekend before I take my first injection of Trimix, but I'll let you know my findings when I do.

I just made the switch from Alprostadil to Trimix. As mentioned, everyone is different, but I can say in my case I got a marked improvement with my erection when I switched to Trimix. Alprostadil used to work well for me, but as of late my erections would top out at about 75% and for only a duration of around 20-30 minutes. I did a test run of Trimix last night of .25ml of my formula and achieved a 90-95% erection that lasted 3 hours. So in my case, yes, works much better. I had a little additional aching from the Trimix as compared to to Alprostadil alone, but not much larger. Nothing that would prevent me from using it. In fact, I will probably drop my dose down to .2ml on my next go as I don't want to push my erection duration that long.

I was surprised that the doctor started me on a stronger formula than usual. He said that he thought I may have built a tolerance to my Alprostadil alone and wanted me to try a stronger one. He put me on 30pap /3phe /40pge. So I will back off on my next dosage either .15 or .2ml. I did .25 last night.
