Hunchback---I have two issues when it comes to injecting. 1. When soft my cock is maybe one inch and when erect 4.5 inches. 2. I have what I call excessive foreskin. Even when erect you can just see the tip of the head peeking out of the foreskin.

That being said, I usually get my wife to play with it and give me a start. Then I go to the bathroom and pull my cock to one side or the other or straight out and use the mirror to inject, depending on which side I am going to inject on.

I usually get a full erection in about 5 to 8 minutes after injecting and massaging the juice in.

I want to get used to the process and know what to expect before I try it with a partner. So here's the update from my first real injection by myself:

I injected just 5 units of 20/1/30 trimix and it gave me an 80% erection within minutes without any stimulation aside from massaging the medication through my penis as instructed. It got a little achey, I'd say a 3/10 on the pain scale.

I played with it for a few hours and it was totally hard and showed no signs of giving up after even 3 hours, but the harder it got, the stronger the ache. The only thing that felt right was to be totally naked. Even the pressure of restraining the raging boner underneath boxer briefs was uncomfortable. It reminds me of the dick ache I would get as a teenager after having sex multiple times in a day. Still hoping the ache goes away over time, as I've heard other say that it might. This was only my 3rd injection, the other two were at the doc. Definitely glad I didn't start off with a stronger dose like my doc suggested. That would have maybe ended me I obviously only need a little bit.

The orgasm was strong and felt amazing, but the ache really lessened the experience, as it had increased to more like a 5/10 on the pain scale. I feel like maybe I'll try just 3 units next time and see if the ache is lessened.

I'm single and dating and I do feel like it won't be too tough to pre load a syringe and bring it on a date or inject quickly in the bathroom without her knowing. It feels good knowing that after years of stressing over possible ED on every date with a woman, I finally won't have to worry about it anymore. I'll just have to ignore the ache, but I'll take ache over ED any day. And I wont have to put up with the headache and diarrhea the pills were causing me, even as they worked less.

One curious note - I've only used trimix 3 times, but I have noticed the head of my penis often feels cold now, as if it's not getting much blood supply. Not the shaft, just the head. Anyone else noticed this?
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.

The head or glans is a different structure and sources a different blood supply and is therefore not directly affected by the injection. Does it warm up after you're aroused and playing with it?

Yes, but when I'm not aroused it seems noticeably cold. I never noticed it feeling like this prior to trying injections.

I'm not sure I understand. Are you saying that when you inject, your glans is cold by comparison to your shaft? If so that's fairly normal. Does it inflate and get warmer after injection when aroused and when stimulated? If so, that's good. Or are you saying that since you started injecting that your glans is cold all of the time now? If so. I don't really have an answer.

Edit to add: I suppose that if you inject and get a very hard boner from the injection and no arousal response in the glans, that the hard inflated shaft could put pressure on the blood supply feeding the glans, reducing it and making it feel even colder. That's just my speculation.

No I'm saying after the erection goes away, even the next day or the day after that, the head of my penis is feels cold. Your theory is good if the cold head was just during the trimix induced erection, but this is a cold head that is persistent for days afterward.

Well you got me on that one. See what your doctor says I guess.
