The Right needle for Trimix

Postby Dowmass » Sat Jun 13, 2020 1:49 pm

So I was at my Urologist's office for my first shot of Trimix, which didn't work so well. Anyways he asked me to up the dosage.

Anyways, here is my question: What is the thinnest needle I can use to inject my penis with Trimix?

My doctor had prescribed 28 or 29 Gauge, but can I go any thinner like say 30 or 31 gauge? I use that gauge for my insulin.
With a thinner needle, does it hurt less?

IMO, the smaller the gauge the less it hurts. I use a 5/16", 31 gauge routinely and it really doesn't hurt, and what pain you do feel, lasts only seconds. Getting the dosage and strength correct is a process, but when you find it, it's amazing to have a really hard, usable dick. Good luck.

SteveSW : I want to thank you for your reply : I am just wondering why the doctor would prescribe a 28 or 29 gauge needle instead if a 31 gauge if that works. Everyone knows that the thinner the needle, the less painful it is - but then the pain lasts only a few seconds.
A few follow up questions:

1. Can I use my insulin syringe that is 31G/5/16 inch or is the syringe for Trimix different?
2. I asked my doctor if I could use Trimix even if I wasn't having sex (the wife is away, and I wanted to get used to the trimix and an erect dick) What do you think?
3. Is it okay to have a supplement containing L ARGININE/L CITRULLINE while having Trimix[/b]?

I use a 31g 5/16” and have never had a problem. The 29g 1/2” is more painful and not necessary.
I DEFINITELY get into the correct tissue with the smaller shorter needle. Not a problem. And I’m a thicker shafted guy to penis size isn’t a consideration here.

I prefer to use 5/16, 31 gauge needles. However,I have occasionally ended up bending the needle. That could be dangerous If it broke off, which is why a doc would prefer prescribing a 29 gauge needle.

I always use the 5/16" 31 gauge 1/3cc (30 U-100 insulin units) syringes. They are U-100 insulin syringes. Most guys and many doctors measure doses by the U-100 insulin volume measurements on the insulin syringes. Yes, a thinner needle is better. You're already experienced with that size syringe so I wouldn't expect any problems.

Yes, you can inject going solo. I recommend at least a few to get things sorted out unless your wife is real understanding and makes you feel at ease with a few failures or less than fully successful injections. But not having any performance pressure while getting it figured out can be advantageous.

From long-time reading of FT posts, I would say that most guys who have been injecting for a while use either 30 or 31 gauge in either 5/16 or 1/2 inch length.

About breaking a needle: To enhance your peace of mind, take a used syringe, grasp the needle with a pair of pliers and bend it back and forth — the way you would if you were trying to break a wire. You'll get somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 bends, maybe more, before the needle breaks. The lesson is that you're not likely to break a needle with the kind of minor bend you might make with an awkward injection.

Same syringe. The perfect size if you ask me.
2. I asked my doctor if I could use Trimix even if I wasn't having sex (the wife is away, and I wanted to get used to the trimix and an erect dick) What do you think?
Why not? Sometimes I inject purely for the joy of walking around with stiff dick. Also for masturbation. It's your dick, do what feels right and good for you.

Never heard of any issue with supplements. Some men even inject while taking daily Cialis.

As far as the question about the size recommended by your doctor? Maybe he just isn't really well versed in injection protocols?
