A fellow poster on HealthUnlocked had his first injection at the Urologist. Erection quality was not as expected. Doc said to increase dose from 0.2cc to 0.3cc. I suggested he try to get his libido revved up before the next injection. His reply is below:
"I completely missed the libido part. Do you think I could use some over the counter libido boosters for a few days before I try the 0.3 cc. I know it sounds kind of stupid, but I thought that the drug by itself would give me an erection - I didn't think of the libido part - and I do not know if it is on account of my diabetes or the ED part, but my libido has been low for a while."

According to my Uro Trimix should give you an erection even if you are watching c span. That's not the case with me. Even with the Trimix I need at least visual stimulation such as seeing my wife naked. Or physical stimulation. The fact that I have venous leakage might be the reason it doesn't work as it's supposed to.

While adjusting the dosage it's best to attempt sex after each injection. Your dick will get harder when your wife/partner is giving you a blowjob, handjob, etc... The additional stimulation helps.

Watching porn you find stimulating and jacking off should do the trick.
