You may need to experiment with ring sizing. My venous leak is so bad I've had to use 3 rings! But with that sleeve doohickey I only need 2

People not posting answers doesn't automatically mean they are snubbing you and all have huge dicks.
Most probably it's because they just have anything useful to add so there's no point in spamming.
I myself have a pretty small dick, ~14cm erect in length, ~12cm circumference. I am having trouble finding decent, useful, cockrings because of my width - When we go to a sexshop and check the rings section, it seems that 90% of what's on offer is for people with huge donkey-cock dicks. Guess that's just what it seems like from my PoV but the problem is still there.
Sadly, i can't really advise you anything other than experimenting with different rings you find online until you find something that suits you. The obvious problem with that is the price and possible wasted money on things you won't ever use.

39 years old, married. ED all my life because of spinal cord injury caused by a tumor in early infant age. Using standard EDEX20 since 2007. Increasingly bad results with EDEX in the last few years, but had very good results for at least 10 years.

After being on this site for some time and seeing most posted questions getting many responses, I guess i was expecting too much in the way of responses.
