Would like to hear comments from anyone who has used this device. The big advantage that I can see is that it will do needle insertion, but allows you to control the time length of the injection itself as opposed to the auto injectors that do stick and delivery together.

The Inject-Ease works as advertised. A lot of guys simply don't want to see the needle going into their penis and that's the best advantage of Inject-Ease. For me, Inject-Ease proved to be "training wheels" and I eventually moved up injecting without the help of a device.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.

My experience was the same as Cigar56. Graduated from the device.
Age 80 good health. Radiation prostate 28 hits 4 years ago with 6 months of horrible ADT. Good recovery and ED worse.
Can't tolerate oral drugs but 5 years of Alprostadil 40mcg/ml 25 units is a miracle for 3 hours. GF is happy!!

Just as Cig said, eventually easier to control it yourself....
57, ED 10-15 years. Pills, Bi, Tri then Quad Mix Injections- all slowly less effective. IPP July 2022 (Penscrotal, Titan, 22 + 1) @6mo back to OEM--7.2"L x 5.5"w
