I really wish I knew why I lose my erection when my wife gets on top. I’m using Tri-Mix and all is fine until she gets on me. Very frustrating.
75 years old. Was on Viagra and then Cialis but got fed up with the side effects. Switched to Tri-Mix 3 years ago but had increasingly reduce effect. Finally implanted 1/19/2023. Always looking for advice. Live in Illinois.

I am 76 and tend to lose my erection when I lie down. Probably due to functional venous leak. I now use trimix and a Xialla cockring and can maintain a usable erection for complete penetration.
79 years old; Viagra, herbals and stimulants have all stopped working. Treating psoriatic arthritis and thyroid. Low testosterone-started TRT april 2018; using Quadmix 20 units, cockring, Lafayette, Georgia usa
