I have virtually no pain, maybe use some lube and jerk it a few times might help you right after you inject

I began using TriMix in 2019. My first script was 30-1-10 ( Papaverine 30, Phentolamine 1, Prostaglandin 10 ). I was directed by my Urologist to take 50 units. The first injection had me so hard I was aching and it lasted for 4 hours. I did not like that feeling to say the least. Then I dropped back to 40 units, then 30 units. At some point then that did not work at all after I was injecting 70 and 80 units. I then changed to a script of 30-2-20. And lastly now using a script of 30-3-30. What I have found is, it is not always the potency of the script that was causing me and other TriMix users to not get an erection every time, it was how I was injecting. It is important to perfect the technique of how to do the injection, as it is not the medicine.

Now with the proper technique, I get an erection almost 80% of the time unlike before when it was hit and miss, which was so frustrating.

If you have maxed out on tri-mix and pills, I would use both simultaneously and you are not getting an erection, an implant is your next step. I wish that I had done mine 10 years earlier.
