Have you tried adding a good novelty/sex shop cock ring to the mix? What is your actual mix? Some guys use more than 30 units.

Most importantly, what does your doctor say?

I have not talked to doctor yet, my mix of trimix I was told by doctor it was the strongest mix I could get, not sure of mixture, I will keep increasing dosage then, I assume cock ring before injecting?

In my experience, the mix is listed on the bottle that you got from the compounding pharmacy. In using a cock ring, it is better to inject before you put the ring on. Depending on how tight the ring is, if you get a very firm erection, injecting into it may cause additional bleeding. I typically inject into a nearly flaccid penis and then add the ring later using a vacuum erection device (penis pump) to firm up my erection before sliding the ring off the pump cylinder onto the base of my erection. Other people have slightly different techniques, depending on the type of ring they use and how strong it is.

I use a novelty silicone ring(s) that is not overly stretchy. I put it on about a minute or so after injecting before the injection has taken much effect. I use it behind the boys and due to the tension of the ring putting it on requires some effort. Installed, it isn't so tight it stops all blood flow.

You will have to experiment to determine by what method the ring will work for you or if a ring works for you. Don't give up too quickly. You will also have to experiment to find what rings work for you. Expect some rejects.

No, it isn't.

Example:
Olympia Compounding Pharmacy
Mild Tri-mix (T105) Papaverine 30mg/ml - Phent. 1mg/ml - PGE-1 (alprostadil) 10mcg/ml

Med Tri-mix (T106) Papaverine 30mg/ml - Phent. 1mg/ml - PGE-1 (alprostadil) 25mcg/ml

Strong Tri-mix (ST2) Papaverine 30mg/ml - Phent. 3mg/ml - PGE-1 (alprostadil) 100mcg/ml
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Quad-mix (QM3) Papaverine 30mg/ml - Phent. 3mg/ml - PGE-1 (alprostadil) 150mcg/ml - Atrophine 0.2mg/ml
