I've been using 40ug Prostaglandin E1for a year. The medicine is losing some effectiveness but does good enough. Lately when I lay on my back, I lose my erection but when I stand up, it comes back. Is this a matter of needing stronger medicine or could there be another explanation?
I've been taking 100 units. Would increasing the dose help? I would have to take 2 shots, though.

Art that sounds like a lot of Rocket Fuel to me.. I think you may want to discuss this with your Uro and try some of the mixes. I bet the trimix would get you harder if not Quad Mix may be the answer. Talk to you Dr.
