I use a mono-mix of 80mcg/ml and I'm currently using 15 units. I also use 31g 5/16" needles on 30cc syringes. I inject (press the plunger) very slowly because if I don't the injection hurts. I inject in very short pulses over a minute or so. I don't know if injecting fast and subsequently causing pain relates to any scaring or fibrosis.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. Michael Wehle. Nerve sparing - badly damaged. C in margin. V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ ~ 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE-1 - cost. Inject. 10+ yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

And you believe him?? Dont be so naive to believe that. No one injects every day. Thats not possible.

Many things are possible. My urologist, a reputable and conservative guy, says once a day is permissible. I do two consecutive days occasionally and once did seven consecutive vacation days. A few times I've done twice within about 12 hours — bedtime sex followed by morning sex.

Never heard that before. In fact all the uros I've consulted with have told me more frequent injections are not acceptable and will cause problems beyond what medical science can treat. Dont know what idiot uro told you this - if indeed youre telling the truth - but its not recommended at all.

My very experienced urologist said scarring is from improper injection technique, not papaverine as many here have suggested.

He also said to use special prescription syringes where you switch needles between filling the syringe and injecting, because filling the syringe will dull it slightly.
44, ED problems began around age 28 when I was on finasteride for hair loss, and also got circumcised so I lost a lot of sensation. Pills gave me bad headaches and other side effects. Now using trimix 30/1/20. So far so good.
