I think this may have been discussed before but here goes:

Do you have a throbbing sensation in your cock after injecting trimix or others and it stays there until your erection subsides?

Mine gets achy after about 45 minutes and subsides after the Trimix wears off

I have had throbbing pain using Trimix more than once. It does usually subsides when erection goes down. I have used ice many times and it does seem to help along with some Sudafed.

I also have an annoying dull ache at 25 units when I'm with wife so I can last longer. Went to 15 units and no ache but duration varies, trying to dial in to get what I need to try to avoid it.

I had throbbing at 42 units less at 40 and none at 36

This is strictly my opinion and may have no basis in medical fact.....I’m not a doctor nor do I play one on television.

It all boils down to how much prostaglandin E1 (alprosradil) is in the mix.

I started with papaverine-phentolamine. Good results

Then doctors came out with the prostaglandin-E1 solution. Brand name of powder you can reconstitute at home no refrigeration needed already in its own syringe was Caverject.

I got an erectile from it. Oh boy did I get an erection. What I also got was a near fatal case of achy dick. It hurts just thinking about it.

I have no clue what the proportions are in my current trimix or quadmix. I just know they were very effective until a year or so ago and I might notice the occasional dull throb or ache but it wasn’t enough pain to even worry about.
