Injection questions

I got my trimix last week and have injected a total of 3 times including the trial at the doctors office. The results have been pretty good but I think I’m going to try upping the dose a bit. My prescription is pretty low dose (.6 PGE I think) and I used .2cc last night but had to use a dick ring to get it good enough for penetration.
As a recent RP survivor my doc has me taking 20mg of Cialis a couple times a week to keep the blood flowing down there. I’m assuming that if I’ve taken the Cialis within a day or two that I should reduce my trimix dose. I’m just not sure by how much I should reduce it. Anybody have any experience with this? The wife's libido isn’t great in the first place and I would like to be able to keep things spontaneous.

The other question is that the trimix kit I got mailed to me has syringes with 27g needles and I was instructed to fill the syringe with that then change the needle to a 30g to inject. I’m assuming that this is to keep the smaller needle from bending when going into the vial.
Does anybody use the 30g needles to fill the syringe? Do they bend easy?

I'm pressed for time so I'll try give a better response later. I fill and inject with the same 31g needle.

All lthe Trimix bottles that I have used have had a thin enough rubber top that I can fill the syringe and inject using the same needle, which is a 5/16 inch (8 mm) 31 gauge needle. I have rarely if ever bent a needle while inserting it through the rubber during the filling process. I have used Trimix since February, 2017; this means roughly 250 injections The only reason I could see to switch needles would be if, for some reason, your provider used a really thick rubber stopper.

I too fill and inject with the same 31g needle. Only bent one once.

I use exactly that and didn't even think it could be a problem. No, never bent. :)

BD Ultrafine II - 1mL syringe - 8mm length (5/16") - 30 Gauge

I have used both, the 5/16 31g and the 1/2 30g needles. I have never bent a needle. I did switch from the 5/16 inch needle, even though I like it best, as I had several failures getting erections. I did some experiments and have determined that, because of excessive foreskin which I push back behind the head when injecting, the 5/16 needle does not always go deep enough to deposit the juice into the cavernous area. I have not had one failure using the 1/2 inch needle.

Because concern about bending a needle suggests fears about breaking a needle when it's embedded in your dick . . .

Try this experiment:

Take a used syringe, grip the needle with a pair of pliers, and bend it back and forth, as you would when trying to fatigue-break a piece of wire. You'll get somewhere close to 20 reps before the needle gives up.

Knowing this cools a lot of anxiety.

I an also using 5/16 length needles , I have bent a couple but think it how I am holding the vile when filling,
most times they work well and not bend at all
