He said he would come back in a few minutes to see how things are going. In about 8 to 10 minutes things were working great. It wasn’t 100% but he said it was a low dose just to check response. The unfortunate part was that the few minutes he was coming back in was closer to 35 minutes and by the time I finished and drove home and managed to get the wife’s attention everything had worn off and I was back to shooting pool with a rope.
Here’s where my questions are: the pharmacy that my urologist gets trimix from called me after my appointment and said that they were out of the 5 ml vials and they were back ordered for 2 or 3 weeks, do I want 10ml vile. I sure as fuck don’t want to wait another 3 weeks so I said yes to the 10ml vile. Now I’m worried that it’s going to expire before I can use it all.
How long to the vials stay potent? Can I freeze it to make it last longer?
If it does start to lose potency has anybody tried lowering the dose and taking some viagra or cialis to help things along?
I’m sure I’ll have more questions as things progress.

I used Trimix for over 12 yrs. Most of my prescriptions said on the label, "DO NOT FREEZE". So with the exception of those that said it was OK to freeze, I kept them in the fridge well past their expiration date and never had a problem. Like most meds, they all have an "expiration" date which I think is more to protect the manufacture if someone takes an out of date drug and it doesn't work as it was supposed to.

Well initially I was using the whole 10 he started me on but that wasn't doing the job. When I dold him he gave me a script for 20s. I started off using the whole 20s but they were consistently going too long getting into the priapism category, even after sudafed, although I never went to the ER. Plus I was getting some alprostadil pain. Then I discovered I didn't HAVE to use the whole vial and I could get a good long lasting erection that didn't last too long and produced little ache.

With access to other syringes I have mixed the vial in the Edex cartridge injector gizmo, removed the Edex pin needle and then drawn out what I wanted with a regular syringe through the rubber plug the Edex pin needle was penetrating. The vial was then frozen in the Edex cartridge injection gizmo with the pin needle and cap, which had be carefully kept sterile, replaced for storage.

For reuse I thawed the vial and used another syringe to draw out through the same location again. However, before each use I first using alcohol on the penetration point on the Edex vial.

With an Edex 40 I've found I can get 3 acceptable but marginal doses out of each vial that work well for solo play. For partner purposes it's more like 2 1/2 good doses.

Freezing the partially used vial doesn't appear to have harmed anything or noticeably decreased it's potency but I'm not a doctor or pharmacist or a medical expert of any kind. I handle everything in a sterile (as best as I can) manner to avoid contamination. I've never kept the Edex frozen in this manner for much over a week. I can't imagine why you'd need to.

Yes, this is very off label use and the literature warns against such practice with probably very good reason. My dick hasn't fallen off yet but I guess it could happen at any time. I don't do that technique often as I get compounded mono-mix now. However, to me the Edex cartridges are golden as they can be transported unrefrigerated for trips and then mixed when you get there. I have very few. For me they are stupid expensive.

Incidentally, the label on my mono-mix clearly says to keep it frozen.
