My non professional opinion? Talk to your Uro about a weaker script OR back way off on the dosage. I'm on 40/30/4 and 30 units gives me a good hard dick for about 1 1/2 hours. 35 units pushes it to 2 - 2 1/2. If I can't get the job done in 2 hours, I'm not doing it right  The nice chubby lasts about another 2 hours.

My first injection was 10 units (they told me to start with 20), and I almost went to the ER after 9 hours...was in the car and it started to finally subside. I'm now down to 2 units and still sometimes sweat it out for 6 hours. 30/2/20. Should last me a year at this rate!
HIFU procedure for prostate cancer (Gleason 4+3) late 2018. Recurrence 2020, HDR Brachytherapy. Nerves spared but traumatized. Tried all PDE5i meds, hit and miss. First trimix inj Feb 2019. 30/1/25. Total ED as of late 2020

To weaken mix why cant you add more of that injectable water? Mine comes in a powder so i could just add 2 ml. Instead of 1ml
edex and tri mix 45/1/27 26 units

Injecting has been so arduous for me but my goodness, when it works, it really works!

So I tried injecting twice after my ER visit with the 5/16 (31g) needle and missed both times (I think because I didn't go deep enough because I pump before injection). Reading the information on this truly valuable site, I got some 1/2 inch (30g) needles and last night injected 7 units. It worked fantastically, but again had an erection too long; 6 hours. I was about to go to the ER again, when it finally started subsiding (yes, I have behind the counter Sudafed and took a handful and hot and cold packs and running up and down the stairs). I guess next time I am going to try like 3 or 4 units???

If 7 units are lasting you 6hrs then I would try 5 units next time and compare. Sometimes just dropping 1 unit makes a difference. For example with me, 7 units gives me a 6hr but 6 units gives me a 3-4hr an 5 units is like 45min.

I have a 150/5/50 script as my first script which from what others have said is extremely strong so that could be the reason why just 1 unit makes a big difference for me. Your mileage will vary.
