Oldie----I sent you a private message with all the information on my prharmacy including the name of the person there who took care of my order. If you still didn't get the message PM me again with your email and I will respond. You can give your pharmacist the information and name so they can contact Tricare and hopefully work this all out to your benefit.

Please let us know how things went. I don't understand why there is such a problem unless, for some reason, my order slipped through Tricare's crack and the order slipped through.

Follow-on to previous posts-----Express Scripts/Tricare has informed oldie and others that coverage depends on which "plan" they are on. To explain: I am on "Tricare for Life". I believe Oldie said he was on "Tricare Prime". That would explain, (not that I agree with them, it shouldn't matter which plan as long as you are elgable for Tricare) why they pay for most of mine and none for Oldie.

If this is in fact the reason, I feel sorry for those who can't get their injections at a better price and I don't think they are being fair to those of us who have served our country.

flyingduck2019,
Been awhile since I posted. Called my Compounding Pharmacy for a refill and asked about Tri-Care and Express Scripts and the lady said she would make a call to insure me the best pricing.
I picked up my Tri-Mix and 10 syringes, total charge: $38.50 as compared to my last trip cost my $138.00, and I am Tri-Care Prime.
THANK YOU Very Much for sharing your experience and saving me some money!!
Matt

I just figured out my price per dose and it is $.63 each. I get 10ml for $46 that includes $10 over night shipping. My sweet dose is 15 units and 10 units if I just want to have some self fun. My military pharmacy does not provide trimix but I do get my syringes there for free. I get a box of 100 30 gauge 1/2 inch needles and a box of 100 30 gauge 5/16 inch needles.
