Matt, here is how my mix breaks down:
10-1-30
Alprostadil- 10mcg (micrograms per 5 millileter of water)

Phentolamine-1mg per 5 millileter of water.

Papaverine-30mg per 5 millileter of water.

Yours:
150-5-100
papaverine-150mg per 5ml of water.

Phentolamine-5mg per 5ml of water.

Alprostadil- 100mcg (micrograms per 5ml of water.

Hope this helps.

Duck,
I would venture to guess that your formula is written per 1ml as seems to be most common.
Matt's numbers appear to be written as per 5ml which is the volume of the vial it is dispensed in. Dividing Matt's numbers by 5 to get the per 1ml numbers you should get:

Papaverine 30 mg per ml

Phentolamine 1mg per ml

Alprostadil 20mcg per ml

Your (Duck's) formula written as per the total 5ml vial it's dispensed in would read:

Alprostadil 50mcg per 5ml vial

Phentolamine-5mg per 5ml vial

Papaverine-150mg per 5ml vial

So, written exactly the same, you, Duck have 30-1-10 and Matt has 30-1-20. That's per 1ml of bacteriostatic water or saline written in the most common order of Papaverine followed by Phentolamine followed by Alprostadil (PGE-1)

I hope I got all of that straight but no guarantee and typos are likely.

Bldoink---Thanks for the info. I really don't care about all the nitty-gritty stuff. As long as the dose makes my cock reach for the sky I am a happy camper :D :D I am still playing with my dose. Using the new mix I started at 20 units which made my cock throb after I obtained my erection and lasted for about 1 1/2 hours. I then dropped the dose to 15 units and got the same erection with minor throbbing. Last night I did 10 units, got a great erection that lasted a little shy of two hours. Tonight I am going to try about 7 units just to see if this will be the point where I can't get an erection firm enough to complete intercourse.

I buy all my stuff online through Defy Medical (Legitimate online doctor) and my compounding pharmacy is Empower. I get 10ml for $90 as a cash patient and thats for 150/5/50 which means you only need 0.06ml to get a 4hour stiffy. So about 160-180 injections for $90... 55c each time approx.

I do 100% of my ordering online and get 150/5/50 mix from Empower Pharmacy, its about $90 for 10ml and I get about 200 injections for that price since its very potent and requires 5-6 units for a solid 2-4hr hardon.

Anon-E-Mouse, this particular post if for veterans who can use the route I listed to get their medications. As a veteran who "can use" this route to get medications, why in God's green earth should we pay $180 for a bottle of 10ml cock hardener when we can get it for $28 and a $10 overnight delivery? I am not in any way putting anyone down for the way they get their stuff. I was one who when I started cock injections about 4 months ago was paying out of pocket because I was not aware I could get it so cheap by being a veteran who could use that route. As far as i know, it doesn't matter what the mix is or whether it is Bi-Mix, Tri-Mix, Quad-Mix or one of the others, the price is still the same. I do know that Medicare will pay for cock pumps, pills, and cock implants but for some stupid reason, they have determined that cock injections to get a hard on is "not medically necessary". BULL SHIT!!!!!!!

Anon,
What you're getting from Empower is what would commonly be called 30/1/10. Your mix comes in 5ml vials (2). The 150/5/50 is how much is in each 5ml vial total and would be 150/5/50 per 5ml. It is not the more common per 1ml measurement. For clarity on this site it would be better to refer to it as 30/1/10 or alternatively be specific (but less clear) and refer to it as 150/5/50 per 5ml.

Empower only makes two tri-mix formulas. The first is the one you use, the 30/1/10 and the other is a stronger 30/2/20 mix in which the Papaverine remains the same but the other two ingredients double. I expect that a 5ml vial of the stronger mix would read 150/10/100.

Empower doesn't make custom mixes, just the two mentioned. They do make specific bi-mix and quad mix formulas also.

Having a hard time finding a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy that is able to provide Trimix papvrn-pantimin-pge-1 150-5-50Mcg VI (1 Unit) AND charge it back to Express Scripts. Even though that compound is listed as an approved formulary, when the pharmacy enters it, Express Scripts kicks it back saying one of the components of the Trimix isn't approved. I spent over an hour on the phone with Express Scripts but no resolution. Does anyone have the contact information of a pharmacy that provided Trimix AND is able to charge Express Scripts and also does mail order delivery? This a Catch 22 that has been driving me crazy. Everyone involved understands the problem but no one is able to do anything about it, or at least that's what they say! Thanks for your help.

OK guys------I just responded to Oldie42 about his problem getting his trimix payed for by express scripts. Even though express scripts lists the three componants he is talking about and they are telling him one of them is causing his issue, you probably would need to get in touch with the pharmacy you want to use and have them contact express scripts/tricare to get it all worked out. In my case, the pharmacy I directed him to in Los Angeles did not compound the exact RX I originally gave them. They called my Uro and gave her the closest "mix" they compounded to what I gave them. She approved the "new mix" and the pharmacy did all the paperwork and calling. It took about 4-5 days to get it all ironed out and a couple more days for me to get my new "mix" delivered over night. YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR PHARMACY CALL AND DEAL WITH EXPRESS SCRIPTS/TRICARE, NOT YOU. EXPRESS SCRIPTS/TRICARE WILL MOST SURELY SHOOT YOU DOWN EVERY TIME!!!!!!

Before using express scripts/tricare I was paying $80 for 5ml of trimix. Through the new pharmacy and express scripts I payed $28 for 4 each 2.5ml bottles of trimix plus $10 for overnight delivery for a grand total of $38. I got my first order about 4 months ago, am still using the second bottle with about 6 syringes loaded and in the fridge.

I have had the Pharmacy call Express Scripts on two occasions with the same negative results. They talked to the Express Scripts Pharmacy at 877 363 1304 and spoke to the pharmacist directly as I did this morning. You evidently were very fortunate when your pharmacy called Express Scripts. Do you have any idea on how they worked it out? Would you share your pharmacy info? Maybe I could get my pharmacy to call your pharmacy and yours could enlighten mine.
