Simply put, do you inject before you head to bed for foreplay or do you stop after she's been satisfied to inject before intercourse?

Well it's one of those "Whatever works for you!" type things. From a practical standpoint it's also going to depend on how long the injection erections last for you. Assuming erection duration isn't an issue, you just need to enjoy experimenting. What's her preference? My suggestion is to do the foreplay to the foreplay then inject and then do the foreplay leading to the main event. Was that perfectly unclear? You don't want to have to stop right when she's expecting and wanting it the most.

I inject before the foreplay starts. I don’t want to be interrupted and the hard-on lasts for more than an hour for sure (around 2 usually). That is PLENTY of time.

I also inject before foreplay as I do not want to stop and be interrupted and inject. It’s much easier before we start and it last plenty long enough to get us through. Best of luck!

We usually enjoy preplay and then injection and then more. I find it easier to inject safely with the lad is fluffed and plumped up. Better view of the veins, and deeper target. Not too big though or it encourages bruising. I also find that a brief 2-3 min wait makes her a bit more demanding. A bit more preplay as the drug takes effect. A bit of a tease. If it's been a longer layoff, I fluff and pre-inject because times a wastin. So it varies a bit. Play and have fun; mixing it up helps.

Always inject after serious foreplay which makes it easy to inject with plumped up dick. She loves to have a big O or 2 from tongue during foreplay. Then inject with lots of oral then bang it in a few different positions. It does take me a while to get off because of a loss of sensitivity but she will find a way to get it done !
