My uro sent in a script for my 100 unit syringes at Meijer. Or get at Walmart, BD brand, I like them better than the tiny 30 I had.

Ok guys, gonna need help on this one. I asked uro for the next step up of bi mix to 30/2 but instead I'm joining the tri mix club. Papav- 30, phent - 1, alpro - .02 . So basically added alpro to my mix, correct? Not sure what to start at ? Getting new mix sat. Any input ?

Leebert, As you read, I started with the Tri-Mix, 10 Units in the Dr. office, been increasing 5 Units every 3 to 4 days, tonight going for 40 Units. (Was going to do it last evening, however, I had to make a pick-up at Dayton airport, Cargo side and they open at 5:00 A.M., so I delayed my 40 by a day).
I'm guessing, start with a low dose and adjust/test slowly. Pretty sure I have read where some guys are able to success with single digit Unit injections, hoping the Tri-Mix will prove the golden elixir for you!!!

Your doctor should have given you guidance on that. Ask him. Just guessing I'd say start at 10. Your 30/1/20 is a stronger starter tri-mix than a lot of guys start with. Plus, I think you said you were sensitive to alprostadil, so you don't want to rush into that, although I'd bet that does the trick for you.

No, I've never had alprostadil, just papaverine and Phentemine. I do have a real slight ache just with that but it might be the cock ring I used yesterday for solo mission with no injection, ( thought I was out) had to use two rings, might have been a little rough, lol.

The first 2 drugs are, as far as I know, always written in milligrams. The alprostadil is used in much smaller amounts and is usually (with tri-mix) written in micrograms. I do believe .02 milligrams equals 20 micrograms. Most people don't even notice the c in mcg when, for instance, yours would be written 30mg/1mg/20mcg. https://www.metric-conversions.org/weight/milligrams-to-micrograms.htm (note that ug is the same as mcg)

I don't know why your alprostadil was written in milligrams. I've never seen such a small amount of alprostadil used as .02mcg so I assume your provider wrote it in mg and so that would equal 20mcg.

I thought you had mentioned in a previous post that you were previously found to be sensitive to prostaglandin (E-1) AKA alprostadil. But maybe not??

I looked again at script and said at top , pap, phent, alpro - 30-1-0.02. under that it said pap - 30ml/ phent - 1ml / pge 1 - 10 mcg/ ml. Inject 20 units. I think might be slot. Is that what you were saying?

Oh hell, I don't know now. To my understanding 10mcg would be .01mg. I also don't really get how it's written "pap - 30ml/ phent - 1ml / pge 1 - 10 mcg/ ml" . I guess when they wrote, for example "pap - 30ml" what it means is 30mg per ml. I still don't know how .02mg comes out to 10mcg. I would understand that to be 20mcg (or ug if you prefer). But don't get too hung up in all of this. Follow his instructions and rejoice when it works. It sounds like he was telling you to use 20 units. That sounds like a lot for the first shot of the new script but he's the doctor.

I'm sorry I wasn't able to explain that any better.

PS: I didn't understand your sentence "I think might be slot."

I think it might be a lot. Fat fingers. Ya, one says different than the other. When I talk to pharmacy if not rt they will straighten out, I hope. Either way I think I'll start at 10 units, until I see what it does and thx for your feedback, don't get a lot around here for some reason. You guys that do respond, big thx.
