Numbing gel for Trimix injection

Guys I've searched but couldn't quite find a answer I'm looking for.

Been using trimix injection for a while now .2ml but its like 70% of the time the needle hurts like hell when I inject. Right when the needle brakes the skin & enters. I keep trying different spots but its still painful.
I use a 30 gauge 1/2 inch BD needle

So my question is, is there a numbing gel / cream I could use to ease the pain? The research I found was using Promescent was the best choice since it won't effect my partner in a numbing way but would really like to hear from someone who has been in this situation and what helped you.

I know most of you guys have moved on to the implants but you still have the knowledge & experience for guys like me. lol

I just need a safe way to numb the injection spot.

Some times it goes right in with no pain at all but then other times it hurts like hell and the pain comes from the needle. Not the injection.

Any help would be greatly apricated. I like trimix so I want to kind of get past this if possible. Thanks.

I don't have a big issue with needle pain but have you tried an ice cube? I use the 31g needles but I can't imagine there would be that much difference between 31 and 30.

Robert51 those auto injects seem painful but I will check into this one you mentioned. Thanks

I have tried ice and it didn't go to well.

I've found that Lidocaine is what's needed for the numbness so I decided to give KY duration a try since Lidocaine is the main ingredient. By using just a small amount on the injection site for numbness.

I've used KY duration in the past so I know how potent this stuff is. lol

I will post my results from this experiment either way in order to help anyone else in my position.

I'm not a doctor, so what do I know?

However, I would fear putting some kind of chemical or ointment on the injection spot would push that chemical/ointment into the penis. Doctors have you use antiseptic on the spot before injection for a reason.

Well grandhaven that ended up being my fear as well. So I used a ice cube over the injection spot for about 15 seconds and it did help a lot. Thanks

Use an ice cube to numb the area just before injecting. Apply the ice. Remove the ice. Inject.

Simple.
