Wow, that's insane and let's hope you never need the SUPER TRIMIX. LOL I'm in Ottawa, Ontario Canada. Where is this terrible breakdown of Trimix strength and low, max limit?

Well, that was easy. My urologist okayed me going up in strength without a consult. Received a call from my pharmacy to set up a pick-up time of TRIMIX 2 with a formulation of 30-2-20. Uro also instructed the pharmacy to tell me to start at 35 units. Here’s to hoping this dosage does the trick for as long as possible and have Super Trimix at the ready for my 80’s. LOL

I’ve just started 30mg/4mg/40mcg
My doctor describes it as the middle of the scale. He assured me there was several more stronger strengths available to me.

The pharmacy I deal with has one more level up and it's called SUPER TRIMIX with 50mcg of Prostaglandin. I imagine my uro will go elsewhere if I ever need a greater strength. I'm 54, hope that doesn't happen for a few decades. LOL

I started on bi mix thru the strengths and was almost there, but not what I wanted either, then went to tri mix 30-1-10 started 15 units and went up to 25 which last for 2 hrs. One hr super boner and 1 hr semi but can be coersed into it if I want, did 26 units another time and super boner for 2 hrs then semi for about 1/2 hr, whew. So I treated the new strength like i was starting over, but you do what your comfortable doing, it's different with every individual and there sircumstances. Not sure I spelled it rt, lol. I always hold my thumb on injection site and 2 fingers on other side and compress moderately for a couple of minutes and never had a big issue unless hit vein or not compressing. Had a few 1/8 " spots at site, no biggy gone in couple of days. Go slow and GL.

Good solid 45 minutes with my TRIMIX DOUBLE 30-2-20 (Trimix #2) with uro's recommended 35 units. Got it up again 15 minutes later after orgasm, with wifey working it. Gonna go to 40 units in a couple of days so I can get my 1 hour back of hard wood. LOL

Follow up to above post. Do you guys stay hard after first orgasm? Hard enough to continue after a few seconds or a minute?

I believe the first tri mix is 30/ 1/.05 and 2nd - 30/1/10, 3rd - 30/2/20, 4th - 30/2/40. I'm on 2nd one. It's great you found your no.# many happy days ahead, congrats.
