I currently take 20mcg/30mg/2mg/ml.
The hardness is great. But, I freaquently have 6-8 priapism erections.
My dose is ~ 6 units. At 5 units, nothing. At 8 units, 6-8 hour priapism.
I want to get this adjusted I lpve the hardness and want to keep it where it is, but would like 2-3 hour erections max.
Does anybody know which of the three drugs effects the duration of erections?

You could try asking for a weaker mix allowing you to be more precise with the dose. 5 units isn't very much.
What size volume syringes are you using. a .3ml syringe may give you finer markings allowing easier dose moderation.

I just started injections, and was prescribed 10/30/1. Through trial and error, I finally achieved a usable, hard erection at 60 units. You may need a weaker mix, while I am seeing my Dr tomorrow for a stronger mix so I can inject fewer total units. First real boner I've had in years was just this past Sunday. Still jazzed by getting to have penetrative sex!

Doc increased my Trimix strength to 20/30/2. Should be here in 2-3 days from out of state compounding pharmacy. Looking forward to more happy times. Now same strength as yours Namirrah.

I went from 10,30,1 to 10,30,2. My erections are much better now. More rigid and I get fully erect.
75 yrs. old. Married. I used viagra from 2007 t0 2017. I have venous leakage. I started injections in September 2017. I've used the Xialla cock ring along with Trimix since June 2020 with excellent results. I pump on a daily basis to maintain my size.
