Help.....Got my package in the mail today

Postby Bigdog4all » Thu Apr 04, 2019 5:18 pm

FIRST TIME USER

Hello....got my package in the mail today. All packed with everything I need, I think. Here is what I received.

1 vial of "PAP/PHEN/PGE 30MG - 1MG - 10MCG/ML INJECTABLE"
1 - Package of Sure Comfort Insulin Syringes (1/2" Needles - 29 Gauge)
Bunch of Alcohol Pads

Instructions.....Inject 0.25 - 0.30ML Prior to activity.........Titrate as directed by MD (Don't know what that means)

I have read and studied what I have learned in here. Thanks to all. But I was a B- / C+ student. OK....can anyone comment on what I received and is it the standard "Starter Kit" ?

Since this is my first time...what should I look out or be aware of? I have a box of Sudafed when needed. Is .25 a normal dosage? Can you use every other day? Do I need to keep vial in the frig or freezer? Any hints of clues would be most appreciated.

Thanks...

You are in a unique situation because you apparently have received Trimix without consulting a physician first. Almost all of us on this site received instruction from our doctor, usually a urologist, and had the first one or, sometimes, two injections done in the doctor's office. Seeing the result of that injection gives an idea of what dosage to start with. Since you do not have that experience, if I were you, I would start at the very low end, 0.1 or even 0.05 ml. BTW, most of the syringes are calibrated in unit where 100 units = 1 ml. Because of other issues, I personally never had any problems with priapism but, as you can see on this site, there are some that have. You can use the search function to read some of their stories. In terms of storage, many on this site freeze the Trimix and then thaw it again before they extract some with the syringe. There are whole threads about freezing versus refrigeration.

The first time I got a supply of tri-mix the instructions said to inject enough to surely put me in the ER.
Sometimes you have to rely on your own knowledge and intuition for this.

That's pretty much a beginner formula. If your one of the fortunate ones it will be quite adequate. In my case I was told to start with 10 units. Your instructions are to start with 25 so that's in between the 20 and 30. Duh, right, huh? If that doesn't produce fireworks up the dose by 5 units on the next try(30 units total), 35 next, etc. Every other day is the recommendation but no more than 3 times a week. Titrate is Dr. speak for dilute with sterile saline. If your doctor didn't say anything about such then ignore. You didn't say what sized 'vial'. What I have gotten thus far are vials that contain approx. 100 units. Advice I've seen on FT is to prefill syringes for the week, leave them in the fridge and freeze the remainder for the next week.
Use plenty of light to find an injection site, flick the syringe to get rid of bubbles, evacuate air in the syringe, pull on the glans, wipe the site, poke, inject. Hooray! :D

Do yourself a favor and skip the mistake you might be about to make. Call the doctor and ask. Don,t get in a hurry to screw up....LOL. I started at .05 and kept adding to the injections at .05 per try. I ended up at 50 units which lasted for 4plus hours. In the end I had to quit using the injections because of being allergic to the medicine. Good luck.

I did get my first test at the doctors about two months......02. I didn't like walking around with a boner. It's not natural. I had to build up some nerve to the "Prick your Dick" ideology. When I finally built up nerve to go back to Dr., two months later...she said we would start at .025 to test things out and up to .030 if needed.....but never more then .040. She then sent in script order.....it came today. But if what I have hearing.....sounds like the pump is much better and safer to use. I have had good results with the pump. Something about "Pricking your Dick" doesn't sound too natural to me. Now I am more leery of this.

By the way....on the bottle....says Trimix 30-1-10.....don't see the size. Says storage for 90 days refrigerated.

Guess I will freeze this vial like I freeze my credit cards......can't use them frozen.

Thanks for the info.

My doc gave me simple but complete instructions on how to give myself the injection--and he showed me how to do it in his office. After experimenting with various dosages, i found my "Goldilocks" (JUST RIGHT) dose at 4 to 6 unity. It's been smooth sailing since then. If you're not sure about injection technique, you can root around the FT site for step by step directions and you can go online and find videos.

Two things:

I would NOT stick a needle in my favorite body part if I didn't know what I was doing.

For what it's worth, my Happy Juice comes with a DO NOT FREEZE warning on the label.

All the best from a very satisfied pricksticker.

Don't sweat the dick stick. It really isn't a big deal and you'll get used to it pretty quickly.

The dosage instructions I got on my prescription was also for 0.25ML (25 units on the syringe). However I'm really glad I did the right thing and start off at 10 units because that got me hard for 3 hours. With 25 I would probably be at the ER.

Now I'm finding that 6-9 units is more than enough to get the job done. Each person will be different, but do yourself a favor and don't start off with a bad experience.

As for the prick.... the 2-3 hour hardon will more than make up for the mosquito bite of the prick as long as you follow instructions.
