Techniques to inject

I had found it very difficult to hit the cavernosa. My solution was to use my vacuum device to inflate things while setting up the syringe and alcohol wipe. I had at least a 10 second window after removing the vacuum device to inject the tri mix. The cavernosa would be enlarged and firm making it much easier to get the needle in. Also the depth of insertion was not an issue. This worked well for the next 7 years.
