Take packaging, whatever it is, that shows what the prescribed mix is to your GP. Show it to him/her and tell them the problem and ask him/her to write you a script so you can get it from a cheaper pharmacy. That's pretty much what I did. It has worked twice with two different GPs (The 1st one retired).
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Nerve sparing - damaged. C in margin. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ ~ 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE-1 - cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

Lonehill.....I too have been using the Encore Pump off and on for several years. I've tried the Trimix off and on. I prefer the pump. I am in more control. Yes, it's a bit awkward in terms of foreplay, but it is what it is. With the Trimix, I haven't built up enough nerve to try it on a regular basis. Just once in a while. What I don't like is the wrong dosage. Walking around with a boner that I don't need. Don't have time to go to ER....just because of a boner. With the pump.....pump it.....use it.....then remove it. Simple. I haven't experienced any discoloration or cold dick. The BIG drawback....you only get about 30 - 40 minutes in the Honey Hole. That's the biggest problem I have. Good luck...

I sent an E-mail to Olympia Pharmacy recently to inquire about their version of Trimix that substitutes forskolin for PGE-1. As part of the reply, I got this statement:
A reminder that a Doctor’s prescription is required prior to beginning this medication. We have a preferred TeleMed Doctor that conducts evaluations over the phone. The phone evaluation typically takes 10-15 minutes, and assuming he finds you to be a fit for the medicine, he then would send a signed prescription to our pharmacy, and we’d then overnight the medication to your home.
Calling them might be a solution to your problem of long distance travel. The phone number is 407.205.9214 and their E-mail is www.OlympiaPharmacy.com
Other than this E-mail message, I have no experience with this pharmacy. I have no idea how expensive they might be or whether they can ship to your state. I am not recommending them, just providing information in case you want to act on it.

71 years old in 2018; married 49 years. ED since 2001. PD5 inhibitors (Viagra, etc.) worked with increasing dosages until side effects got too bad by 2017. Now using Trimix injections. Delayed ejaculation has been a continuing problem since 2012.

When I was injecting. I used Avela Pharmacy in Phoenix, which charged $80 for 10 ml (1,000 units).
