Trimix..tissue damage?

Postby craftspace234 » Wed Feb 20, 2019 11:26 am

Silly question but...

Has anyone here had an erection lasting longer than 4 hours ever had any serious damage because of it?

Long story short, I took trimix about 2 months ago and my erection lasted about 6-8 hours. It was in full size for 4 hours then gently started dying down at the 6 hour mark. So was about 8 hours or so that I had some type of erection. Was not in any kind of pain.

Is this anything to worry about in terms of damaging tissue? Reason I'm paranoid is cause I hear erections lasting more than 4 hours lead to permanent damage in tissue and/or "size". How would I know if I "lost" any size in my erection due to this or caused some damage? I can't really tell. Doesn't seem like anything happened but it's been stuck on my mind all day and I keep thinking I lost some "size" or caused some damage due to this.

I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is based, at best, on my own experiences and on hallucinations or delusions at worst. Internet forum advice may very likely be worth what you pay for it. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.

You're probably fine. Just don't make a habit of it. I've had 4+ hour boners quite a few times. If it looks to be prolonged I'll be taking Pseudoephedrine before the 4 hr mark. I don't get too worried if I still have a partial boner at 6 hrs as long as it's going down.

I don't know if it's a medically safe practice but I've found that with a prolonged boner at 4+ hrs I can stand, consciously relax my pelvic region in kind of a reverse kegel (google reverse kegel), while grasping my boner with one hand and GENTLY squeezing it. I can get the boner to go down with this technique but don't rush it. Use persistant but gentle squeezing pressure. You must be doing the reverse kegel relaxation at the same time. It will generally reinflate and I'll have to repeat the routine awhile later. It is my very non-medical professional belief that this changes out a portion of the blood, bringing in fresh oxygen and thereby reducing the risk of damage. It also helps it to eventually decide to stay down. I think I better go back and add my disclaimer to this post.

My very first injection (in the doctor's office and by the doctor) was 30 units. Five hours later, I was 85% - 90% as hard as I was in the beginning and I called the clinic to see what to do. Doc said I was okay as long as "deflation" was underway, even if slowly. It took another 3 or 4 hours to get down to "normal", but everything was fine.

His instructions for next time were to cut the dosage in half EACH TIME until I reached the right balance of "as hard as I wanted for as long as I wanted", but not hours on end: "no all night orgies". And then to go up and/or down 1 unit at a time to find the sweet spot. That "sweet spot" dosage turned out to be 4 to 6 units.

I'm glad to answer any questions at any time.

Peace out.

My first injection was 10 units of quad mix which caused a 6 or so hour erection that was so hard I couldn't walk. I freaked out, and it was painful but the next day I was fine. I now take 6 units of a weaker formula and get a 4 hour boner. I keep the Sudafed and Terbutaline nearby though.
I do find that my rare natural erections are a lot more enjoyable because when I am on the Trimix, I have a bit of pain and seem to lose a lot of sensitivity
I am hoping to eventually not need the Trimix, but pills don't do much now for me. The whole refrigerator thing and time to inject ruins any spontaneity

Doing a search for terbutaline led me to this thread.

BTW, here's NCBI article on terbutaline:

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/14999218/

Had an erection for ~5 hours from my first .1 ml (10 units) of Trimix 105. Had the injection to get a Doppler U/S. Wasn't painful. Had to be drained at the ER....ghastly experience.

I got several of the phenylephrine shots....like 3 IIRC, before the ER doc decided to just drain it. Must've hit a vein the first time in....or accidentally injected air from the syringe as I ended up with a huge 1" or so hemorrhage/hemotoma on the side of the shaft.

I wondered at the time if I shouldn't have just let it ride considering how bad the guy fucked me up draining it.

That's the main problem for me with Trimix, then Bimix- finding that sweet spot to not need to inject the antidote.

Ive gone to the 4 hour (a couple of times 6) mark many times, and the one thing I've noticed is a loss of sensitivity, initially during the injection time, and now all the time. I'm taking a break and going back to pills, as the pills are unreliable but when I do get hard, it's easier to ejaculate. With injections I can't ejaculate, without injections I could but it takes longer now.

I've been doing weekly 2 sex sessions, and with the Trimix I just think my penis needs a rest from Trimix, and a rest from the marathons in general. My glan nerves need a rest, and I'm using Man1 penile creamless, bought the manhood penis cover. gentle masturbating, and I'm getting on Wellbutrin that they say helps a person ejaculate more quickly.

My Dr. explained that at 4 hours (non-bionic) the blood pools and lacks oxygen, so some tissue necrosis will take place. Not good to do, and in bad cases can lead to gangrene.

I had a very painful erection that lasted for almost 4 hours, I injected the Phenylephrine and the erection went down, but two days later I developed a lateral deviation with a "dent" on the side of the Trimix injection, now 3 years later my penis shaft is narrower, left lateral deviation, slightly rotation...
If the erection is not painful then don't worry, but if is painful take Sudafed right away even if the erection is of 40 min, the danger is the pain!!!!, "Dr Nathan Papadeas" of Phoenix, AZ never warned me of anything!!!, now my damage is for life, for just one time!!!!
I had a trauma 2 years ago, caused me narrowing, dent and shortening. PRP injections three months ago=worse narrowing, and worse ED. Now I only have two choices: impotent or implant. Born in 1975, in a relationship with girlfriend fir 4 years
