But what if I do the implant? Then I will have a normal sex life right?

Ive been having success with daily cialis and pge1 injections. I need to me mindful of how much I ibject to avoid priapism, but ive found that going too low can be tricky too. I had some misses on injections and I discovered it was from not putting the needle All the way in. I think I'm starting to get the hang of it, but it's taken some time. The clinicians from my hospital said some people have been able to inject for decades without issues. I'm not sure I'll get that much time out of them (I'm 35) but I'm glad they work. Eventually I believe ill probably need an implant myself one day. There are days I think about the convenience of having an implant, but for me I'd like to wait until the other treatments are no longer viable. Best of luck to you.

Ed,
Keep in mind that an implant is permanent. There is no going back. Once they cut you up and put that in, you can't be reversed.

I think 18 is too young to think about that. Consult a good urologist or two. And don't stress out about it so much; you may be making it worse for your ED by doing that. Concentrate on something else. It may correct itself after a while.

Sex is great, but it's not the only thing in life, and you hopefully have a long one ahead of you.

Ed;
You need to get on with all diagnostic tests and try all available treatments. Every month you go untreated, you potentially lose length and girth. I agree that the implant is the last choice but don't put this off regardless of your age. ED couldn't care less how old (or young) you are. :)
