Each time you inject, the risk of scar tissue formation gets stronger.

Sorry, other than the links I posted I can't give hard data. I can give my suppositions but that's it.

My suppositions are that #1) You get some minor damage from the needle puncture itself. The fewer needle punctures the better. #2) I'll "assume" that the meds themselves have the potential to do some damage. So, for everyone the less you use the better. If it takes 12 units to get you boned out then the risk/reward balance indicates 12 units although 6 units would produce less risk of damage (but no boner). However, you don't want to add the extra risk of doing 12 units twice. The same would apply to the guy that needs only 6 units. His risk potential also doubles if he does a second 6 unit dose, although his risk for the meds to do tissue damage are "obviously" lower. #3) There is also the possible risk of priapism due to the residual effect of the first dose added to the second dose, complicating determining proper dosage. That residual effect will (more supposition) be the same for the 6 unit user as the 12 unit user as those are the doses that produce erections for them.

There is no hard data on Trimix. That's because the drug potentially affects each individual differently. You might inject six units and get no erection at all. I might inject six units and get a six-hour erection and a trip to the emergency room.

Forget about hard data on Trimix unless it is your own results.

I haven't had good or consistent results with Trix mix. It burns and reduces the sensitivity of my cock. I now take trimix and generic viagra to masturbate and to keep my cock from shrinking prior to getting my implant this summer. However, I started a keto diet one month ago and my trimix shots no longer hurt as much. Yesterday there was no pain at all and using an autoinjector it was totally painless. The only other change was that my trimix was 60 days past the recommended use date, but after 8 years of using it, the age had no effect on the feeling or efficacy.

I have the same problem with Trimix. It is almost like my penis is so hard that is is numb. Girlfriend loves it, but I really can't feel much with the Trimix. If it is Cialis only, I can feel a lot more, but can't stay hard the whole time. I may try a small dose of Cialis as a base and a small Trimix injection, like a turbo charger. Maybe less Trimix will improve sensitivity?

That was my thought also but it seems I bring up that suggestion an inordinate number of times so I try to refrain from mentioning it, but I'm a believer.

As you know it is not a "one size fits all" solution. There is a certain amount of experimenting and cost involved with finding a ring that works. Maybe that's why a lot of guys shy away?
My first "add-on" to our sex life was a cock ring and the improvement was dramatic, second only to vibrators.

The inconsistency of advice from Uros, is due to Trimix not having FDA guidelines. Advice from my Uro has been inconsistent from one visit to next. Last time I asked, he said 24 hours. I regularly inject twice a week, and sometimes three times. Been doing that for 3 years with no problem.
I was originally told to keep Trimix refridgerated all the time. I have taken some long international flights and was worried about it getting warm and spoiling. Found that it was still good after 36 hours at room temp.
