I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is based on my own experiences at best and hallucinations or delusions at worst. Do not misconstrue what I post as medical advice. It is not. Always consult your doctor and follow his/her instructions.
Number one is to consult your doctor. He/she could decide a different formula is appropriate.
You could try upping the dose a bit if in a range approved by the Doc.
Your libido could be an issue. That's a doctor question as it would most likely be related to hormones.
I think it's normal for the needle stick to be more painful if too close to the base. I think there's more stuff to drill through there. I move around a lot but don't go right at the base.
I hate to sound like a broken record but your situation sounds like the ideal case for adding a novelty (sex shop ) cock ring or two. You will probably need to try several before you find the ones that work for you. Fortunately most are relatively cheap so it's not too painful to toss a few that don't work. I use the Lyps brand 3 ring set I get off of Amazon. One goes around the whole package behind the boys and is the one that does the most for me. You'll have to experiment. Experimenting can be fun. At least one poster uses velcro straps (wire ties) from the hardware store. I personally didn't like them as they were prickly to me but it's a cheap option worth trying. What you don't want is something that causes so much constriction that you have to worry about time, like with medical rings used with a VED (Vacuum Erection Device). You just want ones to assist and not pull the whole load. I think the adjustability of the velcro would be an advantage with that issue.

As far as testosterone in asia many take clomid and i personally use a cream i buy on line but a seasoned guy told. Me many who use t can have to much estergon which can cause new problems did.you cold turkey the t shots
