If you use the Autoject You'll need the 1/2" needles as suggested by Newtoed.

Good luck but I'm sure you'll do well.

I tried my first injection yesterday. My hands were shaking so bad that I bent 4 syringes just trying to draw the medicine out so luckily the lady helped. Then when it went time to inject manually I again had terrible shakes from being nervous so I grabbed the Autoject and used that to administer my first injection. I had about 4-5 units as my first dose

SUCCESS... Pain was very minimal, like a 1/10 and only lasted half a second. I’ve been dreading the needle in my dick for 2 weeks so it was a huge relief not to have intense pain.

Took me about 15min to get hard, then oh boy was it hard. I stayed hard for about 20 minutes even though I came in about 10. I was hoping it would last enough to finish round 2 but oh well, round 1 was fun and it’s been a long time since I had that quality of a stiffy.

Question.... I want the medicine to last longer than 20min. I used about 4-5 units. Should I try 10 next time? Or what would you recommend?

I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is based on my own experiences at best and delusions or hallucinations at worst. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.

IMHO, I would say absolutely do not double your dose if you got an "oh boy was it hard" erection on the 4-5 units. It would seem to me that a bump of a couple of units would be reasonable. If that doesn't do it you might want to call the doc and explain the situation, making sure to point out that the erection is great you just want more duration. The doc might be able to adjust the formula accordingly.

Meanwhile you might want to consider a not overly tight novelty cock ring. They work great for me for enhancing the erection for hardness and duration at a lower (for me) dose, although I've never done a scientific study on it. You want one that isn't so tight it's hard to remove while erect or that constricts so much you have to be concerned with removing it after 20 minutes for safety. I use the Lyps brand but which brand or model will work for you is an individual thing probably requiring some trial and error and trashed rings that don't work for you. I use one around the base behind the boys.

If you don't already have it on hand you might want to consider getting some Pseudoephedrine. It will probably be behind the pharmacist counter. Get the regular non-time release. Make sure it's actually Pseudoephedrine and not one of the less controlled substitutes. In cases of an extended erection some guys have found it useful in helping an extended erection go down to reduce risk of damage to your dick from a priapism. This is another topic you should consult with your doctor about.

Good luck and congratulations on your boner.

So after a successful first injection at 5 units and lasting about 20min like an idiot I went up to 9 units thinking the duration would be a bit longer (Was hoping for 45min) and it lasted 4 freaking hours which was NO fun after the first hour. I took 120mg Suafed around the 2hr mark, tried ice packs and cold showers along with exercise and just barely around the 4hr mark did it start to deflate. Shit hurts after awhile.

I learned my lesson, just adding 4 units makes a drastic difference. DONT PLAY AROUND WITH THIS STUFF.

My mix is 150/5/50, not sure if that's the norm, strong or light compared to others.

WOW that's a strong mix! WTH? That definitely is NOT the normal mix and doesn't sound like a good starter mix. I thought my mix was on the stronger side at 40/30/1. Your mix sounds like a last resort mix if all else fails before getting an implant? You better be careful with that and keep the Sudafed handy. That's elephant strength!

I'm a little concerned over comments saying the strength is strong. This is my very first prescription and first time injecting anything so curious to learn a bit more. I see people talking about taking 20-100 units, yet at 9 units I thought my dick was about to fall off with a 4 hour stiffy.

I think you should consider yourself lucky you took the Sudafed at a somewhat early point and got yourself to a stable point by the 4 hour mark. I've seen too many posts on the internet about dudes who had to go to the hospital to have something done about their erections after injecting too much Trimix. Trimix is great stuff but it does take some schooling to use it properly. Curious if Viagra or Cialis works at all for you? Do you have any idea what the cause of your ED is? I perhaps have seen posts where other franktalk.org members were using some strong mixes like your but were probably in their 70s or 80s and had gradually worked up to that kind of strength and dosage. You can learn a lot on this forum by reading old postings and you can search through old postings as well. Learn as much as you can before using it again.

I've taken Viagra for the past 12 years since in my early 20s with great success then over the last 2 years it seemed to become ineffective at doses up to 200mg. Kaiser Urology has been a bit hit or miss so far. They determined that I have really low T (125ng/dL) and I'm now taking Tamoxifen daily to hopefully boost those levels naturally since I am still building my family. Personally, I'm hoping that once my T levels come back and with some exercise and weight loss I can stop the injections but to answer your question I've never had a definite answer and Kaiser refuses to do any advanced testing. I think its a combination of an injury to the groin I sustained as a kid, low T, weight gain and frustration from the medicine not working causing psychogenic factors to come into play.

I will say with TriMix the 2 times I've used it so far I've had some of the best performance I've ever seen, that's a major confidence boost especially after like 10+ completely failed attempts prior.

I love this forum, been reading for several hours now, digging back and digesting as much as possible. For such a sensitive issue, I feel comfortable here.

Yeah... I love Trimix as well. Doesn't have the side effects like the pills and seems to make your dick hard no matter what.
