Help with injections

Postby falcon62 » Mon Oct 08, 2018 11:57 am

How many do the stick themselves and how many involve your partner? It seems like a third hand would come in handy if the procedure is to hold the penis in the proper position, insert the syringe, and then draw back on the plunger a bit to see if there's any blood. At the Dr.'s office I held myself and the Dr. did the rest. Any advice on techniques? Do you always check for blood or just stick and go?

I never draw out on the plunger after injecting. I use "BD" brand 31 guage 5/16" long syringes and bury the needle all the way in before pushing down on the plunger. When I first started using Trimix the wife would do the honors but after about the 5th time I've been doing it ever since. I shake the bottle up before inserting the needle into it, pull the plunger back to slightly more than the desired dose, wipe the top of the vial and injection area on the penis with alcohol swabs, insert needle into vial and press down on the plunger while the vial is upright and needle down so the air from the syringe is not injected into the medicine, now holding the vial upside down draw a bit more then the desired dose out into the syringe and then press the plunger to the desired dose while still holding the vial upside down and needle up(this should take care of any air that could be in the syringe), grab the head of your dick with one hand and stretch out your limp dick as far as you can and slowly insert the needle into your dick with the other hand at 3 or 9 o'clock trying to avoid viens, the needle will easily go into the skin(the 1st layer) but will be much harder going into the 2nd layer, it is critical you get the needle through the second layer into one of those caverns or the medicine will not work, press down on the plunger with your thumb and then pull the syringe out, I apply pressure to the injection site for 30 seconds to a minute and then stroke my dick pinching it with my fingers as if I was trying to get every last drop of cum out of it after having an orgasm to get the medicine to spread through out my dick.

I highly recommend buying good name brand syringes only because the first 10 syringes I got with my script were generic and did not seem as sharp as they should have been and seemed to hurt more and cause more trauma to my dick. Most times I inject I have no blood or bleeding at the injection site. I bought my BD brand syringes from Walmart. I think I paid around $32 for a box of 100 syringes.

Agree with all he said, textbook, but in particular the above. I got some very bad reactions getting the chemical into the skin layer twice B2B - big very red swollen and sore and not stiff. Thought it was an allergy. Did some testing elsewhere and found that PGE causes hemorrhage in skin tissue. See my "allergy" thread.

Many also seem to inject semi-fluffed and not completely flaccid as it seems to give a better target to avoid veins and hit the cavernosa. (There may be other pros and cons for this like distributing the chemical.) The one time I hit the urethra was limp. You really have to guide the needle by feel, it's not a sausage.

The "drawing out" you refer to is actually called "aspirating" and is fairly important, especially in the penis because it's such a smaller area it could cause quite severe problems. :)

When this happened were you using a 5/16" or 1/2" long needle? I've never had that issue before using 5/16" long syringes and burying it all the way in and I'm working with a limp noodle(not fluffed up or semi erect). I'm also very small when I don't have an erection and grow to about 6 inches when erect.

You can use your thumb and index finger on the plunger between the syringe and the top of the plunger to aspirate. Just takes a minute movement to draw back enough blood to see. My tunica was very hard and I had to plung the needle in, then jab a little more to get through the tunica. Bd syringes from Wall mart also. 31 x 5/16

I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is based on my personal experiences at best and fantasy or hallucinations at worst. Ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.

Just remember, if you're getting much resistance depressing the plunger you're not in the right spot. Dry deeper or if you're already deep pull out a tad. Plunger resistance is key.

Aspirating can also work although I don't generally do it. I have experimented with aspiration though. I've found, with me, if I'm in the wrong spot/depth and I try to aspirate I'l get more resistance withdrawing the plunger, very little blood and the plunger will boing back down to near it's previous position when released. Pulled by vacuum I suspect.
