Great story Steve,

Interestingly I am starting to regard myself a Trimix veteran at nearly 3 months of the wonder drug. I have been on a generally reducing dose due to what is spoken of as being increased sensitivity. Last night I was on my regular 1.1 units and still rock hard at 1am after 3 hours of pleasure starting to feel quite nervous. I reached for the sudomyl tablets and went to get a glass of water and it started to deflate - whew. I get a constant dull ache which I put down to the fullness of the erection - very very hard, so maybe I will continue dropping the dose to be safe.

Muz,

Walking is one of the techniques I use to encourage deflation when I'm thru playing. I learned about it accidentally, but it works virtually every time.

My vial of Trimix is kept in the Fridge. It is almost two months since it was ordered. I noticed recently that as I approached the last two injections that the color had turned from clear to a slightly pink tint. I also noticed that my usual 10 units did not generate my usual 1.5 hour hard erection, but instead it started to fade after the first hour. This morning, I used 10 units of my new vial and had a strong two hour erection.

My questions are as follows:

1) Do I need to shake the vial before each use?

2) Does the effectiveness of Trimiz fade after 30 days?

Hi- i have used trimix Papaverine 150mg-Phentolamine 5 mg-PGE 50 mcg in December- I have not had a good outcome yet and so increased the dosage according to the doctors instuctions. Yesterday at 12:30 i took the shot and it hurt at the site of the injection and although I had an erection to start but it quickly went down. and the hurting continued- after washing up i noticed a big knot at the injection site and it was still hurting- Now my penis is crooked from the point of the injection site ( on upper left side of penis) and points slightly to the right- This is 1-15-2012 late PM and the knott is still prominate and the bend is obvious even though i am flacid. I am short anyway 2 to 2.75 inches flacid 4 to 4.5 erect and now to have the knott there- i dont intend to try another shot. Instead i will talk to the doctor re an implant.

Isnip,

Hi- i have used trimix Papaverine 150mg-Phentolamine 5 mg-PGE 50 mcg in December

I have to assume that formula is per 5 ml correct? So normalized would be: 30mg-1mg-10mcg .. a pretty typical mix.

Sorry you are having troubles with the injection. The only thing I can offer for advice on bruising is to make sure you are in the CC itself. Often brusing is a result of injection outside the CC when the needle did not go thru into the CC. You can tell if it is inside because the pressure needed to inject will not be much more than it would be just injecting outside (in the air )... resistance to inject means you are in dense tissue or pushing against the CC wall but not thru it. How much are you injecting per shot??

good luck with the next one !
