Bi-Mix Blend

I seem to be one of those with a higher sensitivity to PGE1. A good burn and ache. I've read here of a papavarine & phentolomine Bi-Mix. I have some of both in vials from some earlier Tri-Mix dose testing. My question is: What is a typical moderate strength mix and dose? Thanks.
NOT an MD. 71, M51 yrs, CenTX US. Inj since 12/2016, a yr after pills stopped working. Caverject for a yr. 1/2018 Tri-Mix at 30 pap/2 phent/60 pge @0.3ml, now 0.5ml 80mcg/ml PGE1. DE/Anorgasmia setting in since 5/2019, worse now.

Bear in mind that after continued use the pain/ache moderates substantially with a lot of men based on studies I've read and my own experience. Also, using the minimum dose necessary can help a lot too.
R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Nerve sparing - damaged. C in margin. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ ~ 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE-1 - cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.
