neobladder without prostate

Ok guys i have been wondering around the web looking for information on this subject. My surgery was Dec. 6 2017 with nerve sparing. I can finally get partial hardon but then its gone. I started Trimix injections with little to no reaction. But again I have only injected 3 times, doc started out 1.5, nothing, then I tried 2.0 still nothing bumped it up to 3.0 and got semi hard but didn't last long. I guess practicw will make it perfect.... At least like everyone says you are alive. I see it as sorta of.
Any one have good instruction on after injection what do I do next???? rub the penis? walk around and play with it?

I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Nothing I pot should be construed as medical advice. What I post is just based on my own experiences at best or idle speculation at worst. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.

I believe if you had good lasting erections before your RP you should get good results with injections. Meanwhile, get a VED (vacuum erection device AKA pump) and start using it to keep blood flow going to your dick. Try it for sex with medical grade constriction rings if you want but at least use it for therapy.

I'm STILL not clear on your post. You say you tried 3 shots at 1.5, 2.0 and 3.0. I'm unclear on what those numbers represent. Are those units as displayed on the syringe? Three shots of what? What does the script say the mix is? The mixes can vary in potency dramatically.

What you do with your boner is up to you. The injection should give you an erection without any stimulation but stimulation should help too.

If you were able to get and maintain an erection before your RP, the injections should work for you. You and your doctor just need to determine what mix and dosage works for you.

Ok my bad .15 started with from Urologist first time out (in office) with absolutely no results. Home .2 and still no results
Third time I bumped it up to .3 a little better but still no towel rack.... :o Do I need to move up to lets say .4 or .5?

Thanks

Yeah, assuming your technique is correct, you generally keep easing it up until you get the desired effect. Personally, if it's getting close I'd just go a another .1. If you're getting up towards a half a ML I'd be asking about a stronger mix. Do you know what mix the Doc has you on?

I tried injections for a year - numerous different compounds and doses - and never had any response at all to any of them. Turned out not to be the answer for me. The implant solved the erection problem, but not the sex problem.

That was helpful - NOT! He is getting a reaction to the shots. He and his doctor just haven't found the correct dose or mix yet. Three shots in and you're telling him to give up already? WTF!

I agree that if you get some reaction from a shot it's encouraging.
Lots of options now:
Higher amount injecting and upping the potency of the formula.
85 years
Inject testosterone weekly.
Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

My cocktail is built as follows:
Alprostadil-papaverneine-phentolamin
E MES. 8.33 MCG/ 22.5MG / 0.83 MG PER

weak / mild/ strong ? Don't really know but I have just tried .4 yesterday and still no towel rack :? semi hard and only lasted 40 minutes  .
Not even hard enough for penetration. I agree time to speak to doc about stronger mix at next appointment ;)

I'm not a medical professional of any kind. Anything I post is based on my own experiences at best and at worst delusions or other figments of my imagination. I'm likely just full of shit. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.

When you say you tried .4, am I correct to assume you mean .4ml as in 40 units?

As you can see from these links of commercially available mixes you mix isn't particularly strong:

http://www.gettrimix.com/wp-content/upl ... PRICES.pdf

https://zionpharmacy.com/wp-content/upl ... m-2017.pdf

If your doctor approves it I'd say you can increase the dose a good bump.

I'll also suggest you try adding a ring to the mix. A novelty cock ring can give you a good boost. They are generally cheap, which is good as you might have to go through a few before you find the right one for you.

If you don't have pain issues with it I'd suggest doubling the alprostadil component.
