Did some research today with an MD, it was a quiet day and he was interested in this topic (killing time while allergy testing me against papavarine and phentolomine). He was not a URI/ED doctor

Papavarine and phentolomine are both vaso-dialators, like ED pills. Papavarine is actually an opioid-like drug. Wiki them. Prostoglandin/alprostadil/PGE is a soft tissue relaxant. The concern MAY NOT be priapism but taking too much of a vaso-dialator causing very low blood pressure. I have read here of guys using Viagra with PGE and they are complimentary like a tri-mix. In fact I have done this while on PGE only right now. Just my 2 cents.

Well I'm going to risk it and combine Viagra with Super quad mix!

Stay seated unless you have to get up AND if you have to get up, do it slowly and every time you move, stand still for a sec to get your bearings. These meds together could bottom out your blood pressure causing you to pass out. :)

I don't know if it makes any difference but I take a 5mg tablet of Cialis each day for BPH. I then inject 20 units of trimix about 30 minutes before my wife and I plan to have intercourse. Everything seems to be working out just fine. I get a rock hard erection about 10-15 minutes after injecting and by the time we get in bed and get the balls rolling we are good to go.

I had the same problem when sitting down and added was a.bad case of varicose veins back of leg doc put me on daflon and both problems got better

Well, Trimix doesn’t “heal” ED....It just makes your penis hard via a different mechanism.
