What to buy to decrease a long erection
Just to have if needed... what are you guys getting to use in case of a prolonged erection? Sudafed ? what kind strength?
52 yrs Type-2 Diabetes since 2003, ED issues since 2016, tried Oral Meds stopped working, started Trimix April 2018, Hickory NC USA

Benadryl 25 mg knocked down a pretty good stinging woody and you will get so drowsy afterwards you will sleep for a couple of hours. I thought I'd used a non-drowsy version in the past used for other reasons.
NOT an MD. 72, M52 yrs, CenTX US. Inj since 12/2016, a yr after pills stopped working. Caverject for a yr. 1/2018 Tri-Mix at 30 pap/2 phent/60 pge @0.3ml, now 0.5ml 80mcg/ml PGE1. DE/Anorgasmia setting in since 5/2019, worse now.

A good hot bath really helps. My theory is that increases the blood circulation to other parts and helps drain the critter as well as sweeping the residual chemicals out. Did an above normal injection today for a special event and between a hot bath and Benadryl it worked fine.

How much mg Benadryl do you take? Maybe I need to take both Sudafed and Bendryl.....

25 mg of Benadryl. I am cautions about Sudafed. I was taking it some years ago to help clear up a pernicous sinus infection and I could not get an erection no matter what. It is an erection killer. I imagine Benadryl is too but I don't know how long it stays in the system. Sudafed seemed to stay quite a while. And a caution on Benadryl. it might make you really drowsy, on top of a orgasm. I'd not plan a lot of activity afterwards.

In my experience there is no OTC that's effective. I have consistent 4-6 hr erections..not painful. I take ibuprofen. If I walk up stairs it helps...but on and off. Not a problem for me...just fall asleep with it.

Honestly, the best boner killer I have found is a good hot bath, I mean good and hot. It goes limp within a few minutes. It sucks the blood right out and with it the burning Rx chemicals if that is an issue. I do sauna and hot/cold treatment at 200 deg and try to get that same sweat in a bath to sweat out the toxins and get the lymphatic system moving. Guys swear by ice packs but that is really unpleasant.

Ive used sudafed with fine results. I was on hour 5+ and it was getting painful.
Took 4 tabs , went to sleep and had no issues.
You can buy a "knock down" or reversal shot.
But really the active ingredient is the same, just not the delivery or qty.
