Does anyone take Cialis with injections? Or is it one or the other? I am interested in trying injections but I would prefer to keep taking Cialis as well.
Age 59, happily married over 39 years. Take daily Cialis, supplemented with Levitra before sex. Also use a Vacurect VED with a PosTVac Mach Ring. Still trying to get TRT dialed in.

I still take a daily 10mg to Tadalafil and inject. I think it's wise to keep the Tadalafil at a constant baseline so your history can predict the appropriate dosage of injection so as to avoid priapism.
Born 1954. Diabetes, hypertension, atherosclerosis. Sildenafil iffy. Tri-Mix 30/3/20 Pap/Phen/PGE1 godsend pending long-term efficacy. Daily Cialis. Tried LiESWT 4 times, Botox, PT141, Eroxon, QST, DUS, Vertica, Ferticare, cabergoline, psycho+hypnotherapy

Yes....I use both on occasion without any issues but I started out with a very low dose of each and worked up in dosages to make sure what amount was safe for me.
However I think the Trimix is doing 98% of the heavy lifting....

Re: Looking for Hope – Pills Don’t Work, Thinking About Injections
I was diagnosed with metastatic prostate cancer in March 2024. Of course I was immediately put on ADT (Androgen Deprivation Therapy), so I have had no natural erections for the past 20 months. I will be getting off ADT in Aug 2026, assuming that hormone-insensitive cancer (rising PSA) does not appear.
I began using Trimix injection in about mid-2024, and the results were fairly disastrous (3 trips to the ER for priapism). I kept trying to find the sweet spot with Trimix, but the (somewhat) sweet spot, and priapism, were only about 1-2 units apart. I found that a Trimix erection could be painful, with the skin feeling like it was stretched too far, even if it was not a priapism.
What I did not know is that ~20% of men do not tolerate the alprostadil in Trimix. I finally transitioned to Bimix 30/2, and have been getting decent results since then. (I say decent because no Trimix or Bimix erection is as good as the real thing.) 40-45 units of Bimix 30/2 works for me, and is definitely better than no erections at all.
