Just a few days ago I had a similar experience. I did some searching on this site and found an entry about being "too hard" and therefore less sensitive. I fit that pattern last week and I think it was due to using a fresh supply of trimix. It was so strong that the prescribed dose made my penis truly rock hard. My wife needs me to lube for her comfort and that, combined with my total engorgement led to a prolonged aerobic exercise session for sure. Too prolonged, and not ending with an orgasm. This was a new experience for us, as I have been injecting over a year and have had much success. The entry I found about being too hard suggested scaling back on the number of units, starting out less than 100% firm, and letting sexual excitement complete the erection as we progress through lovemaking. I read entries from many of you how you are capable of another erection within hours of orgasm. I am not. I need several days to be ready again. Does my experience ring true to yours too?

The erection I get is too hard so I started doing foreskin restoration to increase the amount of free skin i have on my shaft. I do manual tugging and have increased my slack skin by about 1/4". Bingo - sensitivity is back and my erections from the injection don't hurt now. I'll keep tugging because I would like to have a "foreskin" back to cover my glans. But this did the trick for me. I can now jack off without issue and feel the pleasurable sensations in my skin and my prostate.

I also find that I only need 5 units of timix to give me a great constant chub that will respond to touch instantly and reward me with great sensation.

I was having trouble reaching orgasm for several months. This was after about 18 months of injecting, with near 100% geat results. Maybe up to 3/4 of the time I couldn't orgasm or if I did it was most likely to be via masturbating, oftem afer 45 minutes to an hour of sex with my wife. And it took prolonged super fast stroking to reach it...sometimes. The opposite of how I enjoy intercourse or manual sex. My uro said it was "all in you head", suggesting i relax and not worry about it. Easier said than done! Someone in a chat on this site suggested I try a reduced dose of Edex. (I'd increased the dose as the problem got worse.) i tried cutting back from injecting 16 to 18 units to 10 with good results... I get erections just as well as on 16 or even 18 units. I've even tried 8 and it worked quite well. My erections feel much more sensitive and natural now. and my penis doesn't start to get sort of "numb" even if I make it last for up to an hour. It has been a few weeks and maybe 8 times I have used the lower dose and I have had wonderful orgasms each time! I think this may be a "too much of a good thing" example. Love my injections again now!

Porn actors can’t cum on Trimix

Well this is interesting. I found this blog NSFW describing the widespread use of injections by porn actors and the resulting difficulty many actors have in coming to orgasm when on Trimix, etc.
And this also explains why porn actors usually pull out and then masturbate to orgasm. It’s not that they thought this was a sexy move...it’s because they can’t come otherwise.
